Robin van Persie is a Dutch professional footballer, and coach. A striker, he played for Feyenoord, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Fenerbahçe, and the Netherlands national team. He coaches Feyenoord. He previously coached Heerenveen.
He is the son of José Ras, a painter, jewellery designer, and teacher, and Bob van Persie, a sculptor. Robin is married to Bouchra (Elbali), with whom he has two children, including professional footballer Shaqueel van Persie. Bouchra is of Moroccan origin.
He has been mentioned as having some Indonesian ancestry. It is not clear if this is accurate.
Robin’s maternal grandfather is named Wim Ras. Wim was also a footballer.

He might have but it’s possibly quite distant, otherwise he would be shorter and his head wouldn’t be like that. Apart from the eyes, all his facial structure, physical built, etc all points to heavily northwestern European descent.
I would say that his eyes aren’t so atypical for someone with full, or nearly full European ancestry, see Jennifer Lawrence or Jimmy Kimmel, smaller eyes aren’t always an accurate indicative of considerable east or southeast Asian ancestry.
There doesn’t seem to be any interview where Robin says he has Indonesian roots. He’s listed on the ‘List of Dutch Indos’ on Wikipedia but I couldn’t find a reliable source supporting that. The assumption may come from family connections to the former Dutch East Indies lol
He probably has Indonesian born ancestors but they were probably Dutch just like Geert Wilders

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be true. Rob has been described as Dutch-Indonesian in the media for years, and he doesn’t really look like a fully native Dutch person to me.

His parents look in phenotypic range of Dutch looks, maybe his mom looks a little swarthy but neither of his parents look Indonesian influenced
