The melungeon and native isn’t too uncommon, especially if a family has lived in america since the colonial years. Spanish and portuguese isn’t that common in america when compared to the british isles and germany, but it does exist

Portuguese is probably like 1 percent of white Americans and about 90% of white Americans have no native or african ancestry and the one’s that do is single percentages.also people from the south who would have some ancestry would have less than spanish have north African and less than Finns have Siberian

Cajuns from Louisiana often have Spanish (and/or German) ancestors. Portuguese ancestry in U.S. is concentrated in a few states, California and Massachussets I think.
