Joji is a Japanese-Australian singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, author, internet personality, and comedian. His music is a mix of R&B, lo-fi, and trip-hop. His songs include “Slow Dancing in the Dark,” “Sanctuary,” and “Glimpse of Us.” On YouTube, he starred on The Filthy Frank Show, and ran the comedy channels “TVFilthyFrank,” “TooDamnFilthy,” and “DizastaMusic.” He is also known as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy.

Joji was born in Osaka, to a white Australian father and a Japanese mother. He attended the international school, Canadian Academy, in Kobe, Hyōgo, Japan. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, U.S.

Internet rumours maintain that he is related to American actor Ezra Miller. This does not appear to be accurate.
