Jayne Mansfield was an American actress, nightclub entertainer, and singer.

She was the daughter of Vera Jeffery/Jeffrey (Palmer) and Herbert William Palmer, who was an attorney and musician. Her father was of three quarters English/Cornish and one quarter German descent. Her mother was of English and Cornish ancestry.

Jayne had a daughter with her first husband, public relations professional Paul Mansfield; three children with her second husband, actor and acrobat Mickey Hargitay; and a son with her third husband, film director Matt Cimber. One of her children with Mickey is actress Mariska Hargitay, whose biological father was Las Vegas entertainer Nelson Sardelli.

Jayne’s paternal grandfather was Elmer E. Palmer (the son of Thomas B. Palmer and Mary Jane Bennet). Elmer was born in Christian Springs, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, to parents from England. Thomas was born in Cornwall.

Jayne’s paternal grandmother was Alice Jane Jackson (the daughter of William H. Jackson and Amanda K. Custer/Kuster). Alice was born in Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. William was born in Devon, England, the son of William Jackson and Jane Harley. Jayne’s great-grandmother Amanda was born in Pen Argyl, the daughter of Michael Kuster/Custer, who was German; and of Lovina Keiper, who was also of German ancestry.

Jayne’s maternal grandfather was named Thomas Henry Palmer (the son of Henry Palmer and Melissa). Thomas was born in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Henry was born in Cornwall, the son of Theophilus Palmer and Alice Gale.

Jayne’s maternal grandmother was Beatrice Mary Jeffery/Jeffrey (the daughter of Henry Jeffery/Jeffrey and Eliza Jane Cowling). Beatrice was born in St Teath, Cornwall Unitary Authority, Cornwall, England. Henry was born in Cornwall, the son of Thomas Jeffery and Betsy Kellow. Jayne’s great-grandmother Eliza was born in Cornwall, the daughter of Robert Cowling and Mary Ann Lobb.

    She must have had some African heritage in there. Look at her full lips and round, wide nose. If she was a bit darker, she would have looked similar to Beyoncé.

      I just happen to be scrolling through a site showing celeb and their children at the same age and thought the exact same thing. Then I googled her and found a pic that looks just like Beyoncé.
