https://www.jpost.com/diaspora/article-796673 Is this LARPing? If his grandfather’s grandmother was jewish, he wouldn’t be considered as jewish by the jewish community or genetically either, he’d be max 1/16, and there’s not even proof that he has jewish ancestry either. People oftentimes claim ethnicities that they don’t have if they’re from very mixed countries like brazil, canada, usa, etc, so I guess that’s why. Or maybe claiming to be ethnically Jewish would open doors for him, miranda cosgrove did the same thing by claiming to be a third jewish when she’s in reality an eighth
Part of the rumour is based on the claim that his family surname was originally “Mileikowsky” and that it was changed to conceal his Jewish ancestry. However, records show that his surname has always been “Milei” which is an Italian surname..
Mileo/Milei*
He is not part Jewish but his maternal grandfather family was part Italian as well, being from the island of Lesina (Hvar) that was part of Republic of Venice for centuries. Most of his ancestors on Geni.com have Italian names.
