James Adomian is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, and impressionist. He is known for his impersonations of politicians George W. Bush and Bernie Sanders; he has been part of comedy act Trump vs. Bernie, with Anthony Atamanuik. His roles include the films Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (as Bush), Freak Dance, Hits, Love After Love (2017), and The Day Shall Come; and the shows WordGirl, Popzilla, Last Comic Standing, Money From Strangers, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Childrens Hospital, Axe Cop, Animation Domination High-Def, Talking Tom & Friends, BoJack Horseman, Major Lazer, The Venture Bros., Pig Goat Banana Cricket, Future-Worm!, American Dad!, Our Cartoon President, Harley Quinn, Duncanville, Close Enough, Inside Job, Cat Burglar, Hamster & Gretel, Krapopolis, and Kite Man: Hell Yeah!.

James is the son of Suwannee/Suzanne and Haig Antranig Adomian. His grandfather was mathematician, aerospace engineer, and academic George Adomian. He was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and Los Angeles, California.

James has stated:

I’m a quarter Armenian, so while I don’t really look Armenian to most people, the struggle of the Armenian people is very important to me, and I follow Armo news pretty closely.

James’s paternal grandfather was George Adomian (the son of Haig Adomian and Rose Harutunian). George was born in Buffalo, New York, to Armenian parents.

James’s paternal grandmother was Corinne Hodgson (the daughter of Mark William Hodgson and Dorothy Jaquette). Corinne was born in Montana. Mark was the son of William Emmet Hodgson and Mary M. Phillips. Dorothy was the daughter of Walter Parke Jaquette and Luella Belle Patton.

James’ maternal grandfather was Howard Wesley Randolph (the son of James Breckenridge “Breek” Randolph and Goldie Nell Hoobler). Howard was born in Alabama. James was born in Alabama, the son of John Brown Randolph and Sarah Elizabeth Williams. Goldie was born in Illinois.

James’ maternal grandmother was Frances Virginia Garrison (the daughter of Ernest Lafayette Garrison and Artimecia/Artemecia Eva Sparks). Frances was born in Alabama. Ernest was born in Alabama, the son of Bradshaw Crockett Garrison and Mary Ann Garner. Artimecia was born in Alabama, the daughter of William Pinkney Sparks and Mary Francis Mollie Huff.
