Francisco is a first cousin, once removed, of Brazilian composer Henrique de Curitiba (born Zbigniew Henrique Morozowicz). Francisco’s grandfather Ladislau and Henrique’s mother Wanda were siblings.

A 23andMe DNA test evidently taken by Francisco stated that his genetic ancestry is:

He describes himself as “99% European DNA 100% Brazilian heart and soul” on his Instagram account.

He has stated:

My surname Lachowski it’s from Poland. I’m Polish, I’m half Polish. My father is descendants, is Polish descendants. All like one hundred percent. I’m like fifty percent Polish part of my father, and like my mother, I’m from Brazil. My mother is, I don’t know, a mix of German or Portuguese.

“My surname Lachowski it’s from Poland. I’m Polish, I’m half Polish. My father is descendants, is Polish descendants. All like one hundred percent. I’m like fifty percent Polish part of my father, and like my mother, I’m from Brazil. My mother is, I don’t know, a mix of German or Portuguese.”

I have attached a link to an interview with Lachowski from the beginning of his modeling career. He himself states that his father is one hundred percent Polish and only states possible German or Portuguese ancestry for his mother.

I think it would make sense to remove “possibly other” from his profile and replace it with “Portuguese and possibly small amounts of German,” as he himself is unsure of German ancestry and states no African or indigenous ancestry on his mother’s side. Furthermore, all the surnames of his mother’s family are Portuguese, and the region where he and his mother’s family were born is highly European, Portuguese specifically.

It is highly unlikely that he has African or indigenous ancestry, despite some people claiming he “looks indigenous” due to some asian-esque features. In fact, his eyes are almost identical to his father’s, who we are certain is one hundred percent Polish.
There is also no genealogical evidence of anyone from his mother’s family that shows indigenous or African ancestry.
