He is the son of Josephine (Stello) and Fred T. Abraham. His father was born into the Antiochian Orthodox Christian faith in Myklos/Muqlus, Syria, a small village in the Valley of the Christians/Wadi al-Nasara. His mother was born in Pennsylvania, to Italian parents; she became a member of the Orthodox Christian religion. His family’s surname was evidently originally Ibrahim. F. Kamala, by proto-Ashkenazim I was referring to medieval Erfurt Jews, who as you mentioned, were almost entirely Italkim descended. I think the Hellenistic-era Jews who lived in Greece, coastal Anatolia, and Southern Italy were roughly, but not exactly, 3/4 Greco-Roman and 1/4 ancient Israelite-like. Obviously the first diaspora Jews did start off as fully ancient Israelites, but it appears mixing did not take long to happen at all.
I was able to make a similar simulation of a 60% Messina, 20% Samaritan, and 20% Germanic/West Slav hybrid that was very close to modern Ashkenazi averages, and matches the autosomal models of the Erfurt study very well.

On a final note, I felt Messina Sicilians were best because they cluster closer to Dodecanese Islanders than other South Italians, which reflects their deep origins in Magna Graecia.
Here is the simulation of what I think the Hellenistic-era, Southern European Jews would’ve been like:

I never liked the games Waldman et al was playing with their deceptive labeling of proto Ashkenazim.
Jedi mind tricks.
“We identify two genetic subgroups among the Erfurt individuals — one with greater Middle Eastern‑related ancestry (denoted ‘ME’) and one with greater European‑related ancestry (denoted ‘EU’).”
Both groups are well within the Greco Roman southern European genetic continuum, so called “EU” is more Greek shifted, with some Knaanic West Slavic lines and likely Khazar ancestry.
Good solid modeling on your part.
Reality is that the Levantine lines in Ashkenazim are massively oversold at a level that is off the charts BS.
My only real note is that the PCA overlap between Ashkenism is so massive that it’s very unlikely that 60% southern Italian could place them on top of southern Italy on PCA.
Canay Islanders are 75% Iberian and even this isn’t enough to put them on top of Iberia on PCA, they pull away due to their 25% northn African admixture.
Your Sicilian modeling at 60% massively dwarfs the Samaritan lines at 20%.
And the West Slavic and Germanic lines equal the Samaritan at 20%.
You’re still getting some elevated Russian Jewish distancing from this admix at .02.
This tells me Russian Jews have some notable admix on G25 in excess of your other EEJ source populations.
Likely remedy for this is modeling them with eastern Slavs.
Bottomline Littletimmy is you have a very solid idea what Ashkenazim are genetically.
This puts you ahead of the game of the vast majority of people in the field of amateur and professional population genetics.
Your simulations are worthy like sh!tty toilet paper.
You’re the same who believe Algerians, Tunisians and Syrians three MENA ethnicities are white-Euros.
Haha.
You’re much worse than Jonas.
“On a final note, I felt Messina Sicilians were the best choice because they cluster closer to Dodecanese Islanders than other South Italians, reflecting their deep origins in Magna Graecia.”
This makes a lot of sense.
On PCA, Ashkenazim cluster over Southern Italians, even though they are generally modeled as roughly two-thirds Southern Italian and about 15–25% Levantine.
I propose that the Levantine component, as modeled, may actually reflect ancient Greco-Roman ancestry that the calculators do not include in their Southern Italian component.
If this is the case, it could explain why Ashkenazim cluster above Southern Italians on the PCA plot.
Rather than being partially Levantine, they could be modeled as roughly 85% Southern Italian.
This reflects the PCA reality.
Here is a G25 PCA that Seed of Israel, a Zionist YouTuber, made for one of his propaganda videos where he claims Ashkenazim are Levantine.
https://i.postimg.cc/PJkxBxBb/Yet-his-own-PCA-data.png
As you can see, Ashkenazim are massively overlapped with Southern Italians on the PCA, much more so than with their fellow Jews from Iberia.
Seed of Israel’s own data actually undermines his narrative about Ashkenazi origins.
He lies so much that his own data busts him.
When called out he just ignores the posts on his comments section.
So, according to U.S standards, he’s technically white, right?
It’s necessary to not look European in Murica, yes.
brown hands typed this ^^^
We know very well you are made of sh!t that’s way you born brown and behave like a sh!t.
I hate to be that guy, but porkarella should be banned. Contributes nothing to discussions about ancestry and harasses users consistently. That is banworthy behavior.

That’s you talking about you.
lol Ok
@ l!ttletimmy .She’s been flagged by Google about 15 or 20 times under “muricansareallmutts” account and various similar ones. Agree, she contributes nothing to discussions.
