I wanted to trace her “Hendrix” line
she’s a descendant of John Hendrix (1865-1915), but I’ve missed to find the link between him and her father or grandfather.
I couldn’t find any information on her paternal side either… Her father’s name is Thomas Hendrix Jr. so Elaine’s grandfather must have the same name.
On the other hand, Elaine’s great-grandmother, Alice M. McDonald, was the daughter of John McDonald, who was born in Canada to Scottish parents, and Frances C. Baker, an English emigrant.

Then, the exact ethnicity of Elaine’s mother was:
25% Italian
25% Danish
25% Irish
12.5% Scottish
12.5% English
I was also curious to find out where the Hendrix branch might have come from, but the earliest ancestor I was able to trace was this man, Thomas Hendrix. Based on the surname, I think the family may have originated in the Germanic regions, most likely Belgium or perhaps the Netherlands. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/81121454/thomas-hendrix
