Dick Wolf is an American film and television producer. He has created the shows Gideon Oliver, Christine Cromwell, Law & Order, Crime & Punishment, The Wright Verdicts, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Deadline, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, Conviction, Paris enquêtes criminelles, Law & Order: UK, Law & Order: LA, Nightwatch, 3AM, and Chicago Justice; co-created the shows Nasty Boys, H.E.L.P., Mann & Machine, South Beach, New York Undercover, Swift Justice, Feds, Players, D.C., Chicago P.D., Chicago Med, FBI, Law & Order: Organized Crime, FBI: International, and CIA; was a showrunner for Chicago Fire; and co-developed the show Cold Justice: Sex Crimes. He wrote the films No Man’s Land (1987) and Masquerade (1988), and co-wrote the films Skateboard (1978) and School Ties. He is also known as Richard A. Wolf and Richard D. Wolf.
