She is the daughter of Christine and Stephen Reed.
Her then-boyfriend had stated that she is “half-Polish, half-Native American.” It is not clear if this Native American ancestry has been verified/documented. Crystal’s mother is likely of Polish descent.
Crystal’s paternal grandfather may have been Robert Estil Reed (the son of Asa Tucker “Acey” Reed and Amanda Melvina Stapleton). Robert was born in Greenup, Kentucky. Asa was born in Elliott, Kentucky, the son of John Casner Reed and Percilla/Priscilla Dunn/Duncan. Amanda was born in Elliott, the daughter of Silas Stapleton and Nancy Jane Johnson.
Crystal’s paternal grandmother may have been Edith/Eddith Lee Gillam (the daughter of William Howard Gilliam and Penola Nola Lewis). Eddith was born in Greenup, Kentucky. William was born in Elliott, Kentucky, the son of Eldon Richard Gilliam and Nancy Gilliam. Penola was born in Greenup, the daughter of Stephen Lewis and Nancy Eldridge.
Her mom is most likely polish and if that’s really her paternal grandparents then she’s British isles ancestry and the native ancestry is just what her father told her because their is no native ancestry in any of her supposed paternal grandparents
Also very unlikely to have native ancestry and I also don’t know how Robert Estil Reed is connected to Stephen reed because their family search page and findyourgrave only mentioned one son
