Cesc is the son of Núria Soler, who owns a pastry company, and Francesc Fàbregas, who runs a property company. He is married to Daniella Semaan, with whom he has three children. Daniella is Lebanese.

Cesc’s maternal grandfather is named Àlex Soler.
