I believe there may be a typo. The maternal grandfather’s surname should probably be “Gharagozlou” (or “Qaragozlou”) rather than “Charagozlou”, as it is a well-known Iranian surname.
Correction: Her mother is Persian. Iranian is a nationality, of which about 2/3 of them are ethnically Persian.
