*Narcissus Silvestri and Umilta Valsecchi were born in Borgo a Mozzano, and Lucca, respectively, both locations in Tuscany.

Borgo a Mozzano is known for this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponte_della_Maddalena

*Gustaf Dittnock paternal grandmother, Anna Malachowska, had Polish ancestry. He was born in Posen, Prussia (today Poland).

*Philip Batavia had such an unusual surname. Batavia is the Dutch name of Jakarta, after Germanic tribe “Batavi”.

I am about 90% sure his paternal grandparents were William Dalton (born in New Jersey) and Clio June Westerhelweg (born in Detroit, Michigan).

William was the son of John Dalton and Margaret Dreyer. John was born in Maryland to Irish parents. Margaret was born in New Jersey to German parents.

Clio was the daughter of William Westerhelweg and Albertha Funk. Both appear to be of German descent.
