He was previously with the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams. He is a minority owner of the Seattle Storm of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).

Bobby is the son of Phenia and Bobby Wagner. He was raised partly in Ontario, California.

Bobby’s maternal grandfather was the son of Lawrence Belyeu and Bessie Hill.

Bobby’s maternal grandmother was Luphenia Goggins (the daughter of Spencer Goggins and Leulla Burton).
