Benita Ha is a Canadian actress, television host, and nurse. She hosted the show Street Cents. Her roles include the films Cadillac Girls, Hard Core Logo, Valentine (2001), Final Destination 2, Paycheck (2003), White Noise (2005), The Invisible (2007), Case 39, and Good Boys; the series Madison, The Net, Higher Ground, The Chris Isaak Show, Stargate SG-1, Killer Instinct, Blade: The Series, V, R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour, and Emily Owens M.D.; the made-for-tv movie Innocent (2011); and Dead Rising video games. She has often played reporters or nurses.

She was born in Hong Kong, and moved to Canada as a child. Her aunt is actress Diana Ha.

She can speak Cantonese. The word Ha means “summer” in Chinese and Vietnamese.
