Angèle is a Belgian singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and actress. She is known for her song “Tout oublier.” She has appeared in the films Annette (2021) and Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, and on the show La Flamme.

She is the daughter of singer, songwriter, composer, and filmmaker Marka (born Serge Van Laeken) and actress and comedian Laurence Bibot. Her father was born in Watermael-Boitsfort. Her brother is rapper and record producer Roméo Elvis (born Roméo Johnny Elvis Kiki Van Laeken). Roméo is featured on “Tout oublier.” Her family spoke French.

Angèle’s paternal grandfather was named Roger Van Laeken.

Angèle’s paternal grandmother was named Lucienne Parent.

Angèle’s maternal grandfather was Paul Bibot (the son of Pierre Bibot and Félicité Genart).
