SimaPro for education
For universities and other educational institutes, we offer licences tailored for education and with a lower price compared to professional licences. The licenses can be used for all activities related to education, but not for commercial projects. Your students can be taught with up-to-date databases like ecoinvent and in a professional software setting.
The following educational licences are available:
- SimaPro desktop PhD is comparable to the single-user version of a professional SimaPro desktop Expert license.
- SimaPro desktop education (faculty license) is a yearly SimaPro license which can be installed on Laptops/PCs of all students subscribed to courses or doing educational studies in one professorship/department. Compared to SimaPro PhD, features for data-exchange and features for analytics like e.g. parametrization and uncertainty assessments are not available.
