
Karl Kepler
Three main areas of knowledge, Bible Theology, Psychology, and Journalism, that in the last 15 years have combined in one work: editing The Therapeutic Bible, both in Portuguese and English. Graduated in Theology at the Baptist Theology Faculty of Sao Paulo (Brazil), in Psychology at the Catholic University in São Paulo, and learning Journalism through 30 years as editor of an English-language magazine called Speak Up, in Brazil. Grandson of Germans who immigrated to the south of Brazil, Karl Heinz Kepler has a Master in Theology from the Lutheran EST Colleges, and a Ph. D. in Theology/Bible in the same institution, with an internship at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Author of three books: "Ecclesiastical Neurosis", "The Fascination of Duty for Christians", and "Abba, Father: learning from your children about the Heavenly Father". In 2020 started an online school (www.karlcursos.com.br) where he teaches, together with other scholars three online courses: "The Bible, from its origins till its message", "Bible and Therapy" (dealing with psychological concepts within biblical narratives) which also has videolessons available in a course on The Therapeutic Bible (in Portuguese, Biblia Conselheira), and "Nature, Bible and Us", organized by Drss. Karin Wondracek and two more Doctresses.
