Al día de hoy se confirmo que las anemias se definen por la reducción de concentración de hemoglobina
y/o el hematocrito. Al pasar del los años se detecto que en el Perú, por el REUNIS de MINSA que al día
de hoy el 95% de la población entre menores y jóvenes de edad sufren anemia quienes inician un
tratamiento con gotas o medicamentos de hierro.

Es en este punto en el que nos plantemos: ¿Cual es la cantidad necesaria de glóbulos rojos que debe
tener un adolescente del 5TO año de secundaria, considerando que la anemia se define respecto a la
edad, sexo y nivel del mar?
