Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients
* Thighs and wings from a
whole chicken
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt, seasoning, and
paprika (annatto)
* Soy sauce, Worcestershire
sauce, garlic sauce, and
tomato sauce
*2 cloves garlic, crushed- 1/2 onion, diced, scallions,
and sweet pepper, all diced
-2 tablespoons oil
* | cup water
Preparation:
1, Salt the drumsticks and
wings, adding a little
seasoning.
2. Heat the pot or pan and
add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add
the chicken.3. Once the chicken pieces are
in the hot pot, add the sugar
generously and stir constantly.
4. After stirring the chicken
with the sugar for a while, add
the garlic, onion, scallions,
and previously chopped chili

5. After adding the chopped
vegetables, add the ground
annatto (paprika) and all the
sauces mentioned in the

Creamy Chocolate Cups
Ingredients:
* 150g chocolate cookies
- 75g melted butter
“200g cream cheese
* 45g sugar
- 150ml double cream
* 125g chocolate

* Cocoa powderPreparation:
First, crush the cookies and
mix them with the melted
butter to prepare the base for
your dessert cups. Carefully
fill the bottom of the cups,

Melt the chocolate with the

sugar and cream cheese, Stir

refrigerator and serve them
sprinkled with a little cocoa
powder and some chocolate

French Bread Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
* | French baguette
-¢ tablespoons melted butter
-2 cloves garlic, minced
‘| cup marinara or pleza sauce
- | 1/2 cups shredded
mozzarella cheese
* Pepperoni slices
-2 tablespoons freshly grated
Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh basil, forgarnish
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 205°C
(400°F). Cut the bread
lengthwise in half. Mix the
melted butter and garlic, and
spread this mixture on the cut
side of the bread. Bake for 10
minutes to lightly toast.
Spread the marinara sauce on
top of the toasted bread and
top with the mozzarella cheese,
pepperoni slices, Parmesan
cheese, and crushed redpepper flakes. Bake again
until the cheese is melted and
bubbly, about 10 more minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh
basil and serve,
