Los códigos de color de los cables de red son los siguientes:

Verde y amarillo Tierra (E)

Azul Neutro (N)
Marrón Positivo (L)

Si los colores de los cables de red de este aparato no se corresponden con las marcas de sus terminales de conexión,
debe procederse como sigue:
Conectar el cable de color verde y amarillo al terminal marcado con la letra E o con el símbolo de tierra. Conectar el cable
de color azul al terminal negro o marcado con la letra N. Conectar el cable de color marrón al terminal rojo o marcado
con la letra L.

 Lea atentamente las instrucciones de seguridad.

 Guarde este manual para futuras consultas.
 Asegúrese de que el voltaje de la red es el mismo que el del aparato. De lo contrario el aparato puede resultar
dañado. Desenchufe el equipo durante las tormentas eléctricas y cuando no se vaya a usar durante un largo período
de tiempo.
 Use siempre cables ya preparados para evitar riesgos de descargas eléctricas o fuego. En caso de tener dudas,
consulte con un instalador cualificado.
 No quite ningún panel, dentro del equipo existen zonas con un alto voltaje. Los paneles sólo pueden ser
desmontados por personal cualificado.
 Para evitar riesgo de fuego y cualquier otro daño en el equipo, use sólo fusibles equivalentes al original. No
cortocircuite el soporte del fusible. Desconecte la alimentación antes de cambiarlo.
 Antes de encender el aparato, asegúrese de que la toma de tierra está conectada.
 No use el aparato en lugares húmedos o cerca de líquidos. No instale el aparato cerca de fuentes de calor. No
bloquee los orificios de ventilación.
 Cuando sea necesario, retire el polvo con un paño seco. No use disolventes como el alcohol. Mantenga el aparato
limpio y sin polvo.
 Se requiere personal cualificado para realizar todas las operaciones de mantenimiento.
 No pase los cables de micrófono cerca de cables telefónicos, de datos o de línea de 100 V.
 No pase los cables de línea de 100 V cerca de cables telefónicos, de datos o de baja tensión.
 Evite empalmes en los cables de micrófono. Si es inevitable, utilizar exclusivamente conectores blindados de buena
calidad, como los XLR.
 Asegúrese de que no existe ningún cortocircuito en la línea de altavoces antes de conectarla al amplificador.

1. DESCRIPCIÓN
Amplificador de 120/240/500 W con 6 salidas de zona para línea de 100V.

Incluye una fuente musical, seis entradas de audio generales, una entrada de emergencia y una
entrada para pupitre remoto.

Dispone de protección contra sobretensión, cortocircuito, sobrecarga y alta temperatura. También

tiene indicadores LED de alimentación, señal, pico y protección.

2. CARACTERÍSTICAS
 Amplificador de 120/240/500 W.
 Ocupa dos unidades en rack de 19".
 6 salidas de altavoces de 100 V con volumen independiente.
 Fuente musical integrada con MP3 por USB y SD, radio FM y Bluetooth.
 1 entrada de micrófono con prioridad por VOX MIC1 (6.3 mm).
 3 entradas de micrófono MIC/LINE (XLR).
 2 entradas de LINE por RCA.
 Entrada EMC con prioridad por VOX. Prioridad máxima.
 Entrada para pupitres PMV‐6Z.
 Control de volumen de graves y agudos.
 Circuito de protección confiable para picos, cortocircuitos, sobrecargas y sobrecalentamiento.
 Indicadores LED de alimentación, entrada, salida, Clip y protección.
 Alimentación a 110~230 Vca y 24 Vcc.

3. PANEL FRONTAL

1. Indicador LED de nivel 0, ‐3, – 10.

Se iluminan en verde si hay audio en la salida.
2. Indicador LED PROT.
Se ilumina en amarillo si el amplificador entra en estado de protección.
3. Indicador LED CLIP.
Se ilumina en rojo cuando el nivel de salida es demasiado alto.
4. Fuente musical.
5. Volúmenes de salidas de altavoces.
Afectan a todas las entradas incluyendo la de PAGING (PMV‐6Z) y EMC.
6. Selectores e indicadores de zonas de altavoces.
7. Indicador tensión CA.
Se activa cuando recibe 110~230 Vca y el equipo está encendido.
8. Selector de todas las zonas.
9. Indicador tensión CC (24V) disponible.
Se activa cuando recibe 24 Vcc y el equipo está encendido.

Controla el nivel de la música una vez que se activa una prioridad más alta. Si se ajusta al máximo,
la música y la señal de prioridad se mezclan, si se ajusta al mínimo, la música se corta por
completo. Controla las entradas EMC y MIC1, así como PMV‐6Z.

5. MICRÓFONO REMOTO PMV‐6Z

5.1. DESCRIPCIÓN
El PMV‐6Z es un micrófono de 6 zonas. Su distancia de comunicación es de hasta 300 metros
mediante un cable Cat6 FTP pin a pin. Se pueden conectar hasta 6 unidades en un mismo bus. La
prioridad entre micrófonos se establece mediante la configuración de los interruptores en su panel
posterior. Los micrófonos se alimentan directamente del bus.

5.2. PANEL FRONTAL

Encendido en verde si el micro está inhabilitado por una señal de más prioridad.
Verde intermitente durante la emisión del gong.
5. Indicadores de zona seleccionada 1‐6.
Verde fijo cuando la zona está en uso, ya sea por el PMV‐6Z o por una entrada del amplificador.
Verde intermitente cuando la zona está seleccionada para enviar un aviso.
6. Teclas de selección de zonas 1‐6.
7. Botón de llamada CALL.
Pulse para hablar, suelte para finalizar la llamada.
8. Botón ALL para llamada general.

SW 1‐3: Úselo para configurar el ID del micrófono. De 1 a 6 en formato binario.
SW 4‐6: Úselo para establecer la prioridad del micrófono. De 0 a 7 en formato binario. 0 es la
máxima prioridad. Dos llamadas simultáneas con la misma prioridad se comportan como LIFO.
SW 7: Úselo para activar o desactivar el Gong antes del mensaje.
SW 8: Úselo para seleccionar el modo de funcionamiento para el botón de CALL, pulsar para
hablar (PPT) o enclavamiento.

6. CONEXIÓN
6.1. CONEXIÓN A LA RED ELÉCTRICA
Asegúrese de que la tensión de red coincide con los requisitos del amplificador.
Use el cable de alimentación del equipo para conectarlo a la red eléctrica.
El equipo viene configurado de fábrica para ser alimentado a 110~230 Vca 50~60 Hz. La adaptación
de tensión es automática.
Por su propia seguridad nunca desconecte o inutilice la conexión de tierra de cualquier equipo.
Si el interruptor usado no dispone de conector de tierra, tendrá que usarse un adaptador para poner
el tercer cable a tierra correctamente. Para prevenir riesgos de electrocuciones o fuegos, asegúrese
siempre de que el amplificador y todos los equipos asociados están correctamente puestos a tierra.

6.2. ENTRADAS DE AUDIO

El equipo dispone de 6 entradas de audio con diferente nivel.

MIC1: conector Jack mono. Nivel de micro. VOX control.

MIC/LINE2: conector XLR. Nivel micro/línea seleccionable. Phantom seleccionable.
MIC/LINE3: conector XLR. Nivel micro/línea seleccionable. Phantom seleccionable.
MIC/LINE4: conector XLR. Nivel micro/línea seleccionable. Phantom seleccionable.
LINE5: conector RCA. Nivel de línea.
LINE6: conector RCA. Nivel de línea.
EMC: conector RCA. Nivel de línea. VOX control.

6.3. SALIDA LINE

La unidad incluye una salida de línea de audio con dos conectores RCA. Esta salida transmite el audio
de todo el sistema, entradas generales y prioritarias, y no se ve afectada por el control de volumen
Master.

6.4. PRIORIDAD
El equipo dispone de 4 niveles de prioridad.
Prioridad 1 (máx.): entrada EMC, activada por VOX. Activa todas las zonas.
Prioridad 2: PMV‐6Z. Activa las zonas seleccionadas.
Prioridad 3: MIC1, activada por VOX, transmitida a las zonas activadas en el panel frontal. Si no se
activa ninguna se trasmite en todas.
Prioridad 4: MIC2 = MIC3 = MIC4 = LINE 5 = LINE6.

6.5. LINEAS DE ALTAVOCES DE 100 V

Conecte los altavoces en paralelo. La suma en W de todos los altavoces no debe superar la potencia
del amplificador, 120 W para el MAV‐120Z6, 240 W para el MAV‐240Z6 y 500 W para el
MAV‐500Z6.

Atención: Cada canal es independiente, nunca mezcle dos líneas. La sección mínima es de
1,5 mm², pero puede incrementarse según los requisitos de la instalación.

6.6. PUENTE CHASIS MASA

El equipo incorpora un interruptor para unir el chasis a masa. En toda la instalación solo debería
haber un punto de conexión chasis masa, de haber varios podrían producirse ruidos de masa. Coloque
el interruptor en la posición GND para unir chasis y masa o en la posición LIFT para separarlos.

7. FUENTE MUSICAL
El equipo incluye una fuente musical con MP3 por USB y SD, sintonizador de FM y Bluetooth. Su
funcionalidad se describe en los siguientes puntos.
Si no desea ninguna fuente musical, seleccione Bluetooth sin sincronizar o baje el volumen al mínimo.
También se puede apagar con el mando a distancia suministrado con el equipo.
Si se apaga el amplificador con la música habilitada, al encenderlo la música se reanudará en la misma
pista de audio y zonas seleccionadas.

7.1. CONTROL DE VOLUMEN

En cualquiera de los modos de trabajo, mantenga pulsados los botones durante dos
segundos para disminuir y aumentar el volumen.

7.2. USB/SD
Inserte una memoria USB en el puerto USB y/o una tarjeta SD en la entrada de la tarjeta SD. Pulse el
botón MODE para verificar que el reproductor esté configurado para reproducir desde el dispositivo
requerido. Pulse el botón PLAY / PAUSE para reproducir la pista actual y pulse nuevamente para
pausar según sea necesario.
Pulse los botones para reproducir la pista anterior o siguiente.

7.3. SINTONIZADOR FM
Pulse el botón MODE para seleccionar la función FM. Pulse el botón SCAN durante más de 2
segundos para sintonizar las emisoras automáticamente y asignarles un número de programa. Pulse
los botones para seleccionar uno de los programas.

7.4. BLUETOOTH
Pulse el botón MODE para cambiar al modo Bluetooth. Active el Bluetooth de su dispositivo y
sincronícelo con el amplificador. El nombre del dispositivo Bluetooth es “PD PBA”. Una vez
sincronizado, la música se transmitirá automáticamente.
Pulse los botones para reproducir la pista anterior o siguiente.
Pulse el botón para pausar o reproducir la pista actual.

10. CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA

1. CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA
1. La empresa OPTIMUS S.A. garantiza que sus productos se encuentran libres de defectos en materiales y de mano de obra en el momento de su entrega original al
comprador.
2. La empresa OPTIMUS S.A. concede a sus productos, conforme a las condiciones aquí descritas, una garantía de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de adquisición del
producto por el comprador. Si, dentro de este plazo de garantía, se producen defectos que no sean debidos a razones mencionadas bajo el punto 2, la empresa
OPTIMUS S.A. remplazará o reparará el aparato utilizando piezas de recambio equivalentes, nuevas o reconstruidas, según criterio propio. Si se aplican piezas de
recambio que constituyen una mejora del aparato, la empresa OPTIMUS S.A. se reserva el derecho de cargar el coste adicional de estos componentes al cliente.
3. No se concederán prestaciones de garantía distintas a las citadas.
4. Para la utilización de los derechos de garantía será requisito indispensable presentar la factura de compra original o el certificado de garantía.

2. DISPOSICIONES DE GARANTÍA
1. Si el producto tuviera que ser modificado o adaptado para cumplir con los requisitos locales en cuanto a técnica o seguridad, si no se trata del país para el cual el
producto fue concebido y fabricado originalmente, ello no se considera como defecto de material o de fabricación. Por lo demás, la garantía no comprende la realización
de estas modificaciones o adaptaciones, independientemente de si éstas hayan sido ejecutadas debidamente o no.
OPTIMUS S.A. tampoco asumirá costes en el marco de la garantía por este tipo de modificaciones.
2. La garantía no dará derecho a inspección o mantenimiento gratuito o reparación del aparato, particularmente si los defectos son debidos a uso inapropiado. Los
derechos de garantía tampoco abarcan defectos en piezas de desgaste que sean debidos a un desgaste normal. Piezas de desgaste son, en particular, potenciómetros,
interruptores/teclas, y piezas similares.
3. La garantía no abarca los defectos en el equipo causados por:
 Abuso o uso incorrecto del aparato para fines distintos a los previstos, en incumplimiento de las instrucciones de servicio y de mantenimiento especificadas en el
Manual y/o Instrucciones Técnicas del equipo.
 Conexión o uso del producto de una manera que no corresponda a los requisitos técnicos o de seguridad del país en el cual se utiliza el aparato.
 Instalación en condiciones distintas a los indicados en el Manual y/o Instrucciones Técnicas.
 Deficiencia o interrupciones tensión eléctrica o defectos de instalación que impliquen uso en condiciones anormales.
 Daños ocasionados por otros equipos interconectados al producto.
 El uso o instalación de Software (programas), interfaces, partes o suministros no proporcionados y/o autorizados por OPTIMUS S.A.
 La no utilización de los embalajes originales para su transporte.
 Daños causados por fuerza mayor u otras causas no imputables a OPTIMUS S.A.
4. No están cubiertos por esta garantía los siguientes elementos:
 Todas las superficies de plástico y todas las piezas expuestas al exterior que hayan sido rayadas o dañadas debido al uso normal o anormal.
 Las roturas, golpes, daños por caídas o ralladuras causadas por traslados de cualquier naturaleza.
 Defectos de daños derivados de pruebas, uso, mantenimiento, instalación y ajustes inapropiados, o derivados de cualquier alteración o modificación de cualquier
tipo no realizada por el Servicio Autorizado por OPTIMUS S.A. en cumplimiento de esta garantía.
 Los daños personales o a la propiedad que pudieran causar el uso indebido del equipo, incluyendo la falta de mantenimiento.
5. La garantía carecerá de validez cuando se observe:
 Enmiendas o tachaduras en los datos del certificado de garantía o factura de compra.
 Falta de factura original o falta de fecha en la misma.
 Falta de número de serie o lote en el equipo.
6. La garantía no cubre los desplazamientos por asistencias técnicas a excepción de los motivados por incidencias ocurridas durante los tres primeros meses.
7. En el caso de ordenadores PC, la garantía no cubrirá la eliminación de virus informáticos, restauración de programas por este motivo o la reinstalación del disco
provocada por el borrado del mismo.
8. Los derechos de garantía se anulan si el producto ha sido reparado o abierto por un personal no autorizado OPTIMUS S.A. o por el propio cliente.
9. Si la empresa OPTIMUS S.A. estableciera al comprador del aparato que los daños presentados no dan derecho a la reclamación de la garantía, los costes de las
prestaciones de revisión por parte de la empresa OPTIMUS S.A. correrán a cargo del cliente.
10. Los productos sin derechos de garantía sólo se repararán contra pago de los gastos por el cliente. En caso de ausencia de derechos de garantía, OPTIMUS S.A.
informará al cliente al respecto. Si, en un plazo de 6 semanas a partir de esta comunicación, no recibimos ninguna orden de reparación escrita confirmando la aceptación
de los gastos, OPTIMUS S.A. devolverá el aparato en cuestión al cliente. En este caso, los gastos de transporte y embalaje se facturarán por separado y se cobrarán
contra reembolso. En caso de expedición de una orden de reparación, confirmando la asunción de los gastos, los gastos de transporte y de embalaje se facturarán
adicionalmente, igualmente por separado.
11. En caso de necesidad de traslado al Centro de Servicio Autorizado, el transporte será realizado por el responsable de la garantía, y serán a su cargo los gastos de
flete y seguro.
12. En caso de falla, OPTIMUS S.A. asegura al comprador la reparación y/o reposición de partes para su correcto funcionamiento en un plazo no mayor a 30 días. No
obstante, se deja aclarado que el plazo usual no supera los 30 días.
13. Todas las piezas o productos sustituidos al amparo de los servicios en garantía pasarán a ser propiedad de OPTIMUS S.A.

3. TRANSFERENCIA DE LA GARANTÍA
La garantía se concede únicamente para el comprador original (cliente principal) y es intransferible. Con excepción de la empresa OPTIMUS S.A., ningún tercero
(comerciantes, etc.) está autorizado a conceder garantías adicionales en nombre de la empresa OPTIMUS S.A.

4. RECLAMACIONES POR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS

En caso de que OPTIMUS S.A. no pueda proporcionar un servicio de garantía adecuado, el comprador no tendrá ningún derecho a reclamar indemnización alguna por
daños y perjuicios consecuentes. La responsabilidad de la empresa OPTIMUS S.A. se limita en todo caso al precio de facturación del producto.

5. RELACIÓN CON OTROS DERECHOS DE GARANTÍA Y CON EL DERECHO NACIONAL

1. Mediante esta garantía no se afecta a los derechos del comprador frente al vendedor deducidos del contrato de compraventa concluido.
2. Las presentes condiciones de garantía de la empresa OPTIMUS S.A. son válidas siempre que no contradigan el derecho nacional correspondiente en relación con
las disposiciones de garantía.
3. OPTIMUS S.A. asegura que este producto cumple con las normas de seguridad vigentes en el país.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT:
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

Green and Yellow Earth (E)

Blue Neutral (N)
Brown Live (L)

If the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this apparatus do not correspond with the colour markings identifying
the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal which is marked by the letter E, or by
the safety earth symbol or coloured green and yellow. The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to
the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

 Read carefully the safety instructions.

 Keep this manual for future references.
 Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the unit. Otherwise, the device can be damaged. Unplug this
apparatus during lightning storms or when not in use for a long period of time.
 Always use approved wires to prevent electric shock or fire. In case of doubt, consult a qualified installer.
 Do not remove any panel, within the unit there is high voltage areas. The panels can be removed only by qualified
personnel.
 To avoid risk of fire and any damage to the unit, use only equivalent fuses to the original. Do not short the fuse
holder. Disconnect power before change anything.
 Before turn on the power, make sure the ground wire is connected.
 Do not use the unit in humid places or near liquids. Do not install it near heat sources. Do not block ventilation
openings.
 When be necessary, remove dust with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents such as alcohol. Keep the unit clean and dust
free.
 Maintenance operations require qualified personnel.
 Do not install microphone wires near telephone lines, data line or 100V.
 Do not install the 100V wires near telephone lines, data or low voltage lines.
 Avoid splices in the microphone wires. If unavoidable, use only high‐quality shielded connectors, like XLR.
 Ensure that there's no short circuit in the loudspeaker line before connecting it to the amplifier.

1. DESCRIPTION
120/240/500 W amplifier with 6 zone outputs for 100V line.

Includes an internal music source, six general audio inputs, one emergency input and one remote
microphone input.

Clip, short circuit, overload and high temperature protection are available. It also has LED indicators
for power, signal, peak and protection.

3. FRONT PANEL

1. Level 0, ‐3, ‐10 LED indicator.

It lights green when there is audio at the output.
2. PROT LED indicator.
It lights in yellow once the amplifier comes into protection status.
3. CLIP LED indicator.
It lights red when the output level is too high.
4. Music source.
5. Speaker zone volume attenuators.
They can attenuate all inputs including PAGING (PMV‐6Z) and EMC.
6. Speaker zone selectors and indicators.

It is activated when 110~230 Vac is available and power is on.

5. PMV‐6Z REMOTE PAGING MICROPHONE

5.1. DESCRIPTION
PMV‐6Z is a remote paging microphone for 6 zone paging. Its communication distance is up to 300
meters through straight FTP Cat6 cable, up to 6 units can be connected in the same bus. These 8
remote paging microphones could be pre‐set with different priorities by its dipswitch. The remote
paging microphone is direct power supplied by the amplifier.

5.2. FRONT PANEL

1. Gooseneck microphone connector.

It lights green if the unit is powered and working correctly.

It lights green when sending data.

It lights green if the microphone is disabled due to higher priority signal.
Blinking green during chime broadcasting.

Steady green when zone is in use, either by PMV‐6Z or any amplifier input.
Blinking green when zone is selected for paging.
6. Speaker zone 1‐6 selector.
7. CALL button.
Press to talk, release to end the call.

SW 1‐3: Use to set the microphone ID. From 1 to 6 in binary format.
SW 4‐6: Use to set microphone priority. From 0 to 7 in binary format. 0 is maximum priority.
Two simultaneous calls with same priority behave as LIFO.
SW 7: Use to activate or deactivate chime broadcasting.
SW 8: Use to select CALL button function mode, push to talk (PTT) or locked.

6. CONNECTION
6.1. AC MAINS CONNECTION
Please, make sure that AC mains match with equipment voltage specifications.
Use the equipment power cord to connect it to AC mains.
The unit is factory set to be supplied at 110~230 Vac 50~60 Hz. Voltage switching is automatic.

For your own safety never disconnect or disable the grounding of any equipment.
If the outlet doesn’t have ground connector, you must use an adapter to ground the third cable
properly. In order to prevent electrocution or fire, make always sure that the amplifier and all
associated equipment are properly grounded.

6.2. LINE INPUTS

The unit has 6 audio inputs with different audio levels.

MIC1: Jack mono connector. MIC level. VOX control.

MIC/LINE2: XLR connector. MIC/LINE level selectable. Phantom selectable.
MIC/LINE3: XLR connector. MIC/LINE level selectable. Phantom selectable.
MIC/LINE4: XLR connector. MIC/LINE level selectable. Phantom selectable.
LINE5: RCA connector. LINE level.
LINE6: RCA connector. LINE level.
EMC: RCA connector. LINE level. VOX control.

6.3. LINE OUTPUT

Unit includes an audio line OUT with two RCA connectors. This output broadcasts the audio of the
whole system, general and priority inputs, and it is not affected by Master Volume control.

6.4. PRIORITY
Unit has four priority levels.
Priority 1 (max.): EMC input, activated by VOX control. It activates all zones.
Priority 2: PMV‐6Z. It activates selected zones.
Priority 3: MIC1, activated by VOX, it is broadcasted to front panel selected zones. If none activated,
it’s broadcasted to all.
Priority 4: MIC2 = MIC3 = MIC4 = LINE 5 = LINE6.

6.5. 100 V LINE SPEAKERS

Connect the speakers in parallel. The sum in W of all speakers connected to the amplifier must not
exceed its power, 120 W for MAV‐120Z6, 240 W for MAV‐240Z6 and 500 W for MAV‐500Z6.

NOTE: Each line is independent, never mix two lines. The minimum section is 1.5 mm², but it can be
increased according to the installation requirements.

6.6. FRAME TO GND LINK

This amplifier includes a ground to frame link switch. A single frame to ground link should exist in the
installation; in other case ground noise could appear. Place the switch in the GND position to join
frame and ground or in the LIFT position to separate them.

7. MUSIC SOURCE
Device includes an embedded music source with MP3 by USB and SD, FM tuner and Bluetooth. Its
functionality is described in the following items.
If you don't want any music source, select Bluetooth without pairing or turn the volume all the way
down. It can also be turned off with the remote control supplied with the equipment.
If the amplifier is turned off with music broadcasting, when turn it on the music will be restored in
the same track and selected zones.

7.1. VOLUME CONTROL

In any of the working modes press and hold buttons for two seconds to decrease and
increase the volume.

7.2. USB/SD PLAYBACK

Insert a USB pen drive into the USB port and/or an SD card into the SD card input.
Press the MODE button to ensure that the player is set to play from the required memory device.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to play the current track and press again to pause as needed.
Press buttons to play previous or next track.

7.3. FM TUNER
Press MODE button to switch to the FM tuner mode. Press SCAN button for more than 2 seconds
to assign a program number to each radio station automatically.
Press buttons to select one of the programs.

7.4. BLUETOOTH
Press MODE button to switch to Bluetooth mode. Activate the Bluetooth of your device and
synchronize with the amplifier, The Bluetooth device name is “PD PBA”. Once synchronized music is
broadcasted automatically.
Press buttons to play previous or next track.
Press button to pause or play current track.

10. GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

1. GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
1. OPTIMUS S.A. guarantees that its products are free from material and manufacturing defects when they are first delivered to the purchaser.
2. In accordance with the conditions outlined here, OPTIMUS S.A. guarantees its products for two (2) years from the date on which the purchaser acquires the product. If,
within this guarantee period, defects appear which are not due to factors outlined in section 2, OPTIMUS S.A. shall replace or repair the unit using equivalent, new or
reconstructed replacement parts, as it deems fit. If replacement parts are applied which improve the unit, OPTIMUS S.A. reserves the right to charge the client for the
additional cost of these components.
3. No guarantee benefits shall be provided other than those cited here.
4. In order to claim the guarantee rights, it shall be an essential requirement to present the original purchase invoice or the guarantee certificate.

2. GUARANTEE PROVISIONS
1. In the event that the product had to be modified or adapted to comply with local requirements concerning technical specifications or safety, and if the country in question
is not the country for which the product was originally designed and manufactured, defects are not considered to be material or manufacturing defects. Furthermore, the
guarantee does not cover the execution of these modifications or adaptations, regardless of whether or not they have been carried out correctly.
Nor shall OPTIMUS S.A. be responsible for any costs under this guarantee for these types of modifications.
2. The guarantee shall not entitle the purchaser to inspection or free maintenance or repair of the unit, particularly if the defects are due to inappropriate use. Nor do the
guarantee rights cover defects in wearing parts that become worn as a result of normal wear and tear. Wearing parts are, in particular, potentiometers, switches/keys, and
similar parts.
3. The guarantee does not cover defects in the equipment unit caused by:
 Abuse or incorrect use of the unit for purposes other than those for which it is intended, in non-compliance with the service and maintenance instructions specified in
the Manual and/or Technical Instructions for the unit.
 Connection or use of the product in a manner that does not correspond to the technical or safety requirements of the country in which the unit is used.
 Installation in conditions other than those indicated in the Manual and/or Technical Instructions.
 Deficiency or interruptions in the electricity supply or installation defects which imply use in abnormal conditions.
 Damage caused by other equipment units that are connected to the product.
 The use or installation of Software (programmes), interfaces, parts or supplies not provided and/or not authorised by OPTIMUS S.A.
 Failure to use the original packaging for transportation.
 Damage caused by force majeure or other causes not attributable to OPTIMUS S.A.
4. The following elements are not covered by this guarantee:
 All plastic surfaces and all parts exposed to outdoor conditions which have been scratched or damaged as a result of normal or abnormal use.
 Breakages, knocks, damage due to a fall or scratches caused by moving the unit in any way.
 Damage caused by tests, use, maintenance, installation or inappropriate adjustments, or as a result of any alteration or modification of any kind not carried out by a
Service Authorised by OPTIMUS S.A. in compliance with this guarantee.
 Damage to persons or property that might be caused by the improper use of the equipment, including lack of maintenance.
5. The guarantee shall not be valid whenever the following is observed:
 Amendments or corrections made to the details of the guarantee certificate or purchase invoice.
 Failure to produce the original invoice or the absence of a date on this.
 Absence of the serial or batch number on the equipment.
6. The warranty does not cover travel for technical assistance except for those caused by incidents occurred during the first three months.
7. In the case of personal computers, the guarantee will not cover the elimination of computer viruses, the restoration of programmes damaged by these or the reinstallation
of the disk following its deletion.
8. The rights of this guarantee are invalidated if the product has been repaired or opened by staff unauthorised by OPTIMUS S.A. or by the client himself.
9. If OPTIMUS S.A. were to establish before the purchaser that the damage affecting the unit does not entitle a claim to be made under the guarantee, the costs of checking
the equipment incurred by OPTIMUS S.A. shall be borne by the client.
10. Products not covered by the guarantee shall only be repaired once payment has been effected by the client. In the event that the guarantee rights do not apply, OPTIMUS
S.A. shall duly inform the client. If, within a period of 6 weeks from this communication, no written repair order is received from the client confirming acceptance of the costs,
OPTIMUS S.A. shall return the unit in question to the client. In this case, the transport and packaging costs shall be invoiced separately and payment shall be made on
delivery. In the event that a repair order is sent by the client, confirming that he assumes the costs of repair, the transport and packaging costs shall be invoiced additionally,
and also separately.
11. If the equipment needs to be transferred to the Authorised Service Centre, transportation shall be effected by the responsible party according to the guarantee, who will
also bear the freight and insurance costs.
12. In the event of a defect, OPTIMUS S.A. guarantees that the repair and/or replacement of parts so that the unit operates correctly will be made within a period of no more
than 30 days. Nevertheless, OPTIMUS S.A. would like to clarify that the normal period does not exceed 30 days.
13. All parts or products replaced as part of the guarantee services shall become the property of OPTIMUS S.A.

3. TRANSFER OF GUARANTEE
The guarantee is solely awarded to the original purchaser (principal client) and is not transferable. With the exception of OPTIMUS S.A., no third party (dealers, etc.) is
authorised to award additional guarantees on behalf of OPTIMUS S.A.

4. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE

In the event that OPTIMUS S.A. cannot provide a suitable guarantee service, the purchaser shall not be entitled to claim any indemnity for damages arising. The responsibility
held by OPTIMUS S.A. is limited in all cases to the invoicing price of the product.

5. RELATION WITH OTHER GUARANTEE RIGHTS AND NATIONAL LAW

1. This guarantee does not affect the rights of the purchaser with respect to the vendor arising from the contract of sale accomplished.
2. These conditions of the guarantee provided by OPTIMUS S.A. are valid as long as they do not contradict the corresponding national law on guarantee provisions.
3. OPTIMUS S.A. guarantees that this product complies with the safety regulations in force in the country.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DECLARATION IS THE EXCLUSIVE GUARANTEE OFFERED BY OPTIMUS S.A. ALL OTHER EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT GUARANTEES
ARE EXCLUDED, AND THIS ALSO APPLIES TO GUARANTEES OF MARKETABILITY AND SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (EXCEPT WHEN THESE
GUARANTEES ARE REQUIRED BY AN APPLICABLE LAW). NO GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT, SHALL BE APPLIED ONCE THE GUARANTEE
PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.
