El hábito es cualquier comportamiento aprendido (no es innato, no nacemos con ningún hábito) mediante la
repetición, que se realiza de forma habitual y automática sin apenas pensar en ello.
Según los científicos los hábitos, sean positivos o nocivos, se crean porque el cerebro siempre busca la forma
de ahorrar esfuerzo, intenta modificar cualquier rutina en un hábito para ahorrar tiempo y energía. Esto tiene
