Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., garantiza legalmente 6 meses a contar desde la fecha del montaje,
contra cualquier defecto del bien, haciéndose cargo de reparar la máquina.

La garantía legal de Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., da derecho los primeros 6 meses a la sustitución o
reparación totalmente gratuita de las piezas reconocidas como defectuosas por nuestro servicio de asistencia
técnica oficial, además de la totalidad de mano de obra y desplazamientos necesarios hasta su correcto
funcionamiento, siempre según normas y metodologías marcadas desde fábrica.

Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., amplía y mejora con 6 meses de garantía extra comercial a contar desde
la finalización del periodo legal.

La garantía extra comercial de Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., entre los meses 7 y 12, ambos incluidos desde
la fecha de montaje, será exclusivamente por la sustitución o reparación solo de las piezas reconocidas por nuestro
servicio de asistencia técnica oficial, siendo siempre obligación del cliente demostrar el defecto de la pieza.

Las intervenciones realizadas a título de garantía no prolonga la duración de la misma.

Quedan EXCLUIDAS de esta garantía, los daños o desperfectos causados por:

- No seguir las instrucciones de instalación, uso y mantenimiento indicadas por el fabricante.

- Un manejo incorrecto o uso indebido. Leer atentamente el apartado UTILIZACIÓN, y trabajar con la máquina

- Fuego, inundaciones u otro tipo de siniestro de fuerza mayor.
- Condiciones ambientales anómalas, falta de limpieza, presencia de objetos extraños, o por utilización de
materiales corrosivos.
- Utilizar piezas de recambio, útiles o accesorios no originales y nuevos VELYEN.
- Superar las horas indicadas (1800 horas por año).
- Consumo por uso de componentes tales como pilas, leds o similares.
- Los deterioros mecánicos y de pintura producidos en el transporte y no comunicados en las 24 horas siguientes
a la recepción del material.
- 18 meses después de la expedición de la máquina (para almacenistas) cualquier anomalía en montajes no
será aceptada.
- Es obligatorio remitir el check-list de montaje con todos los puntos conformes, y máximo 1 mes después de la
instalación, para que la garantía quede activada en nuestro sistema.

Velyen Elevacion y Engrase, S.A. gives 6 months warranty on any faulty part arisen from its fabrication
process.

This warranty ensures the repair or replacement, free of charge, of any faulty part from origin. These actions
will never extend the original warranty period.

Warranty period begins to count from Velyen invoice date.

It will not be considered warranty any complaint arisen from:

- Not to follow installation, use or maintenance instructions recommended by the manufacturer.

- Wrong operation or use. Please read carefully operating instructions and use the machine according to
Standards EN-1493:2010
- Wrong assembly of the equipment.
- Any assembly, repair or maintenance work made by non-authorized technicians that are not trained or
authorized by TAS Velyen contract.
- Electrical installation defects.
- Power supply damages or alterations.
- Fire, floods, rain, snow, catastrophes and cases of Force Majeure.
- Anomalies on environmental conditions, absence of cleanness, outside objects presence or corrosive
materials handling.
- Corrosion due to pressure-water cleaning.
- Non-original and new spare parts or original optional accessories.
- Exceed useful life per year of 1.800 hours
- Consumption of batteries, leds or consumables parts.
- Mechanical damages or paint damages during the transport unless Insurance Cover included in the invoice.
- Any anomaly will not be accepted 18 months after invoice date.

The buyer will never be right to cancel the sale-purchase contract and claim other damages or compensation
since VELYEN will only assume the repair or replacement of faulty parts from origin which could reduce or null the
efficiency of its products.
