Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., amplía y mejora con 6 meses de garantía extra comercial a

La garantía extra comercial de Velyen Elevación y Engrase, S.L., entre los meses 7 y 12, ambos
incluidos desde la fecha de montaje, será exclusivamente por la sustitución o reparación de las piezas
reconocidas por nuestro servicio de asistencia técnica oficial, siendo siempre obligación del cliente
demostrar el defecto de la pieza.
Las intervenciones realizadas a título de garantía no prolonga la duración de la misma.
Quedan EXCLUIDAS de esta garantía, los daños o desperfectos causados por:
- No seguir las instrucciones de instalación, uso y mantenimiento indicadas por el fabricante.

- Fuego, inundaciones u otro tipo de siniestro de fuerza mayor.
- Condiciones ambientales anómalas, falta de limpieza, presencia de objetos extraños, o por utilización
de materiales corrosivos.
- Utilizar piezas útiles o accesorios no originales VELYEN.
- Superar las horas indicadas (1800 horas).
- Consumo por uso de componentes tales como pilas, leds o similares.
- Los deterioros mecánicos y de pintura producidos en el transporte y no comunicados en las 24 horas
