Nutrition and healthy habits

In this unit you will learn about the benefits of healthy eating and good habits.

En esta unidad aprenderan los beneficios de comer saludable y los buenos habitos.

Every day we make choices about the food we eat and our lifestyle. We can make choices for
ourselves and our family that make real difference to our ability to remain healthyand active now
and enjoy life to its fullest in the future.

Objetive: To acquire and to use in context vocabulary related to nutrition and healthy habits.

Habits to Achieve Health Goals

• Eating breakfast every day.

• Sleeping seven to eight hours every night.
• Choosing healthier snacks such as a piece of fruit or a handful of unsalted nuts.
• Brisk walking at least 20 minutes every day or 150 minutes per week.
• Watching TV no more than three hours a day.

certificado médico.

y respeto a sus compañeros en la elaboración de trabajos y cumplimiento de las
reglas básicas. Co-Evaluación: Diez por ciento (10%) de la calificación trimestral. Se
