Project Plan
The Project Plan must be initialized as soon as the project is
initiated, and it must be finished as soon as possible during
the project initialization phase.
It is recommended to edit the Project Plan first issue at a
very early stage.
It is generally prepared iteratively, by successive details and
complements, as the project elements are progressively
clarified.
