Measurement Uncertainty
La incertidumbre expandida de medición reportada (intervalo de confianza), se evaluó con base en el documento JCGM
100:2008 (GUM 1995 with minor corrections) "Evaluation of measurement data - Guide to the expression of uncertainty in
measurement", multiplicando la incertidumbre típica combinada por el factor de cobertura k, que para una distribución t (de
Student) corresponde a un nivel de confianza de aproximadamente el 95,45%.
The reported expanded uncertainty of the measurement (confidence interval), was evaluated based on the document JCGM
100:2008 (GUM 1995 with minor corrections) "Evaluation of measurement data - Guide to the expression of uncertainty in
measurement", and is stated as the combined standard uncertainty of the measurement multiplied by the coverage factor k,
which for a t (Student's) distribution corresponds to a confidence level of approximately 95.45%
