reacondicionamiento
Es posible que las ilustraciones difieran ligeramente del vehículo real al que se esté
realizando el servicio. Sin embargo, los componentes clave tratados en esta información se
han representado con la máxima precisión posible.

Todas las fijaciones roscadas que no tengan una especificación de par de apriete en la
información se aprietan a un par estándar. Los pares estándar están disponibles en la
siguiente especificación.➠ Pares de apriete estándar

PRECAUCIÓN
Riesgo de daños materiales.
El combustible contaminado puede dañar el sistema de combustible y los inyectores.

▶ Nunca eche el combustible del filtro viejo al nuevo.

PRECAUCIÓN

Riesgo de entrada de impurezas en el sistema de combustible.

▶ Debe procederse con suma limpieza al hacer trabajos en el sistema de combustible.

▶ Sellar todas las aberturas del sistema de combustible usando el kit de protección. No quitar
estos elementos protectores hasta el momento de volver a conectar.

La grasa, el aceite y las sustancias químicas pueden causar lesiones cutáneas y oculares. Los
aceites y la grasa pueden provocar acné y eccema. Un lubricante utilizado resulta más perjudicial
que un lubricante sin usar.

▶ Debe utilizarse equipo de protección, como guantes y protección para los ojos, cuando se
trabaje con grasa, aceites y sustancias químicas.

Asegurar que las herramientas, los guantes y las prendas protectoras estén lo más limpias
posible.

PRECAUCIÓN

El turbocompresor se puede averiar si entran partículas extrañas en el sistema de aire de carga.
Partículas tan pequeñas como 1 mm pueden causar daños.

▶ Proceder con suma limpieza al trabajar en el sistema de aire de carga. Cubrir o taponar las
aberturas inmediatamente.

PRECAUCIÓN
Riesgo de lesiones personales.
Las partículas sueltas podrían salir despedidas y provocar daños en los ojos. El hecho de trabajar

requieren dos longitudes.

Asegurar que la llave y la herramienta permanecen alineadas durante el apriete.

+-8 Nm. El cálculo basado en estos ejemplos da unos ajustes de par (C) de 34 Nm para B1 y
37 Nm para B2. Este ajuste más bajo da una tolerancia de +- 6 Nm.
Nota
Introduciendo éstos resultados de cálculo y resultados similares en el gráfico se
obtienen los ajustes para cualquier llave dinamométrica de entre 250 y 700 mm de
longitud.
