DESCRIPCION DE LA FABRICACION:
Las Bandejas Portacables FALUMSA Tipo Escalera son fabricadas según NORMA NEMA VE-1,
IEC 61537 y NTE-F-001/2011 y tomando las recomendaciones (NEC) NFPA-70, art. 392.5, y
CEN. 070-2200. El Proceso de fabricación comprende el diseño, trazo, corte, troquelado,
plegado de puentes y de laterales que conforman la bandeja y se interconectan con los
puentes en la parte inferior mediante el proceso de soldadura GMAW. Las bandejas portacables
tipo escalera se utilizan para una máxima ventilación de los cables. Para su fabricación se
utiliza Planchas LAF o LAC.

DESCRIPCION DEL GALVANIZADO EN CALIENTE

Luego de ser fabricado la bandeja portacable Escalera en plancha LAF o LAC, pasan por
un proceso de decapado, limpiando de todo tipo de impureza y oxidación para luego ser
sometidas a una poza de Zinc fundido consiguiendo una adhesión en promedio de Zinc
cumpliendo con la NORMA ASTM A123, ISO 1461.

 VIDA UTIL DEL GALVANIZADO EN CALIENTE
La capa de zinc que se adhiere al acero proporciona una doble protección contra la
corrosión. Protege primero como una capa de barrera general. Si este revestimiento se
raya, recurre a la defensa secundaria del zinc para proteger el acero mediante la acción
galvánica.
Se recomienda el galvanizado en caliente después de la fabricación para una exposición
prolongada al aire libre y protegerá el acero durante muchos años en la mayoría de los
entornos al aire libre y en muchos entornos industriales agresivos.

INSTALACION DE BANDEJA PORTACABLE ESCALERA BPE GC
La Bandeja portacable Escalera incluye dos uniones tipo placa para el empalme y la pernería
de fijación galvanizada en caliente según ASTM A153 que consiste en: pernos cabeza coche
¼” x
¾”. tuercas hexagonales de ¼” y arandelas planas de ¼”. La cantidad varía de acuerdo a
la altura y/o largo de la bandeja. Ver Imágenes de uniones 1, 2 y 3.

UNION O EMPALME; para longitud de 3000mm la unión ideal es de “Tipo 2”

CAPACIDAD DE CARGA

Según la tabla 1 de la norma NEMA VE-1, la designación de Clase de las bandejas es por
la capacidad de carga y la distancia entre soportes. La capacidad de carga de una
Bandeja portacable escalera se determina por el espesor del material y el área transversal.

DESCRIPCION DE LA FABRICACION
La bandeja portacable FALUMSA tipo Perforada, son fabricadas según NORMA NEMA VE-1, IEC
61537 y NTE-F-001/2011 y tomando las recomendaciones (NEC) NFPA-70, art. 392.5, y
CEN. 070-2200. El proceso de fabricación comprende el diseño, corte, troquelado,
plegado de la bandeja portacable perforada y debe ser empleada cuando se requiere
máximo cierre y protección mecánica de los cables y no se tenga expectativas de
acumulación de calor. Para su fabricación se utiliza planchas LAF.

DESCRIPCION DEL GALVANIZADO EN CALIENTE

Luego de ser fabricado la bandeja portacable Perforada en plancha LAF, pasan por un
proceso de decapado, limpiando de todo tipo de impureza y oxidación para luego ser

La Bandeja portacable perforada incluye una unión tipo U para el empalme y la pernería de

Ensayo según la norma DIN 4102-2:1977-09 “Comportamiento al Fuego de materiales y elementos. Requisitos
generales” y DIN 4102-12:1998-11 “Comportamiento al Fuego de materiales y elementos. Resistencia al Fuego de sistemas de
cables eléctricos necesaria para mantener la integridad del circuito – Requerimientos y ensayos”.

MUESTRAS Y CLASIFICACIÓN
Las muestras objeto de ensayo son diferentes sistemas de cables eléctricos con mantenimiento e
integridad del circuito formado por bandejas portacable metálicas que comparten un único sistema de
soporte y por las que discurren cables electrictos. En total se ensayaron 3 muestras codificadas por
AFITI como 10047A, 10047B y 10047C. Cada muestra está compuesta por los siguientes elementos:
 Bandeja portacable, formada por diferentes tramos independientes con juntas de unión cada 1.000 mm
centradas entre dos soportes.
 Sistema de soporte, formada por ménsulas fijadas mecánicamente al techo de hormigón del horno y
sobre el que se apoyan las bandejas portacable. Distancia de soportes de 1.000 mm.
 Cables eléctricos, 4 cables exentos de halogenos, dos de sección 4 x 1,5 mm2 y dos de sección 4 x 50 mm2.
