A 03. CUADRO TARIFARIO PARA AEROPUERTOS QUE INTEGRAN EL SISTEMA

NACIONAL DE AEROPUERTOS / TABLE FOR AIRPORTS RATE BELONGING TO THE
NATIONAL AIRPORTS SYSTEM
Se lleva a conocimiento de los señores usuarios los importes a percibir en concepto de tasas y servicios
aeronáuticos en los aeropuertos que componen el Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (S.N.A). / It is informed to
the of the users of aeronautical services about the amounts to be received in fees at airports that make up the
National Airports System (S.N.A).
De acuerdo al artículo 2º de la Resolución ORSNA 101/2016 se difiere la entrada en vigencia del Cuadro
Tarifario aprobado por el ARTICULO 1° de la presente medida para los Aeropuertos: “ALMIRANTE ZAR” de la
Ciudad de TRELEW, PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT; “COMANDANTE ESPORA” de la Ciudad de BAHÍA
BLANCA, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES; “EL CALAFATE” de la localidad de EL CALAFATE, PROVINCIA
DE SANTA CRUZ; “MALVINAS ARGENTINAS” de la Ciudad de USHUAIA, PROVINCIA DE TIERRA DEL
FUEGO, ANTÁRTIDA E ISLAS DEL ATLÁNTICO SUR y “PRESIDENTE PERÓN” de la Ciudad del
NEUQUÉN, PROVINCIA DEL NEUQUÉN, en función de las tasas que estos perciban en el marco de sus
respectivos contratos, dado que dichas concesiones se rigen por un marco normativo particular, por lo que
continuarán aplicando las tasas actualmente vigentes hasta tanto los Concesionarios y las respectivas
Autoridades de Aplicación, en forma conjunta con el ORGANISMO REGULADOR DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL
DE AEROPUERTOS (ORSNA), analicen las implicancias del Cuadro Tarifario en sus respectivos marcos
normativos. / According to Article 2 of Resolution ORSNA 101/2016, the entry into force of the Table of Fees
approved by Article 1 from this present provision is extended for the following Airports: TRELEW "ALMIRANTE
ZAR", PROVINCE OF CHUBUT; BAHÍA BLANCA "COMMANDANTE ESPORA", PROVINCE OF BUENOS
AIRES; EL CALAFATE "EL CALAFATE", PROVINCE OF SANTA CRUZ; USHUAIA "MALVINAS
ARGENTINAS", PROVINCE OF TIERRA DEL FUEGO, ANTARCTICA AND ISLANDS OF THE SOUTH
ATLANTIC and NEUQUÉN "PRESIDENTE PERÓN", PROVINCE OF NEUQUÉN, depending on the fees they
receive within their particular contracts since these concessions are governed by a specific regulatory
framework, and will continue applying the rates currently in force until the Concessionaires and the respective
Enforcement Authorities, in conjunction with the ORGANISMO REGULADOR DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE
AEROPUERTOS (NATIONAL REGULATORY AIRPORT SYSTEM AGENCY) - ORSNA, analyze the
implications of the Table of Fees in their respective regulatory frameworks.

Esta tasa deberá ser abonada por toda aeronave comercial en servicio regular o no regular, y también por la
aviación privada en general, con excepción de aquellas de menor porte, cuyo peso sea inferior a 2 toneladas./
This fee shall be paid by all commercial aircraft in scheduled or non-scheduled service, and also for private
aviation in general, except those of smaller size, weighing less than 2 tons
En virtud del acuerdo celebrado entre el ORSNA, la internacional Air Transport Association (IATA) y
Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A., se otorgará una reducción en las tasas internacionales a aquellas líneas
aéreas que se encuentren en una situación de regularidad respecto al pago, de manera tal que la tarifa
resultante sea equivalente a la que se obtendría de aplicar una bonificación del 30% sobre los valores
establecidos en el Anexo II del Acta Acuerdo aprobada por Decreto 1799/2007.

 / Under the agreement between the ORSNA, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and
Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA, a reduction will be granted in international rates for those airlines that are in a
situation of regularity regarding payment, so the resulting rate is equivalent to that which would be obtained by
applying a 30% bonus on the values set out in Annex II of the Act Agreement as approved by Decree
1799/2007.

Sobretasa por horario de punta equivalente al 50% de la tasa de aterrizaje, la cual sólo se aplicaría a los
aterrizajes internacionales efectuados en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery durante el siguiente horario: de 06:00
a 10:00 y entre las 18:30 y 21:30 para todas las operaciones de lunes a domingo. / Surcharge for peak hours
equivalent to 50% of the landing fee, which would apply only to international landings performed at Jorge
Newbery Airport during the following hours: 06:00 to 10:00 and from 18:30 21:30 for all operations Monday to
Sunday.

Vuelos de cabotaje / Domestic flights

Sobretasa por horario de punta equivalente al 50% de la tasa de aterrizaje, la cual sólo se aplicaría a los
aterrizajes de cabotaje efectuados sólo en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery durante el siguiente horario: de
06:00 a 10:00 y entre las 18:30 y 21:30 para todas las operaciones de lunes a domingo. / Surcharge for peak
hours equivalent to 50% of the landing fee, which only apply to domestic landings performed at Jorge Newbery
Airport during the following hours: 06:00 to 10:00 and between 18:30 and 21:30 for all operations from Monday

aeronaves estacionadas en plataforma remota se aplica la tasa correspondiente a Categoría I. / Ezeiza and
Aeroparque rate only for aircraft parked on the operational platform; for aircraft parked on remote platform the
corresponding rate applies to Category I.

Esta tasa deberá ser abonada por toda aeronave comercial en servicio regular o no regular, y también por la
aviación privada en general con excepción de aquellas de menor porte, cuyo peso sea inferior a 5 toneladas.
Estas últimas solo abonarán esta tasa cuando el tiempo de estacionamiento sea superior a 15 días en el lapso
de un mes. / This fee shall be paid by all commercial aircraft in scheduled or non-scheduled service, and also
for private aviation in general except those of smaller size, weighing less than 5 tons. The latter will only pay
this fee when parking time is more than 15 days within one month.
No se aplica tiempo de estacionamiento gratuito en ningún aeropuerto. / No free parking time applies to any
airport.
Tasa para Ezeiza y Aeroparque para aeronaves estacionadas en plataforma operativa únicamente; para
aeronaves estacionadas en plataforma remota se aplica la tasa correspondiente a Categoría I. / Ezeiza and
Aeroparque rate only for aircraft parked on the operational platform; for aircraft parked on remote platform the
corresponding rate applies to Category I.

Se consideran vuelos regionales a los que unen la ciudad de Buenos Aires (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y el
Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza) con la República Oriental del Uruguay o a aquellos con distancias
recorridas inferiores o iguales a 300 kilómetros. / Those flights linking the city of Buenos Aires (Aeroparque
Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza International Airport) with the Oriental Republic of Uruguay or those with mileages
less than or equal to 300 [Link] considered regional flights.

Se excluyen de su abono los siguientes: diplomáticos, infantes y pasajeros en tránsito, así como los pasajeros
en transferencia cuando se encuadre dentro de lo dispuesto por la Resolución ORSNA Nº 73/15. / The
following are excluded from the payment: diplomats, infants and passengers in transit, as well as passengers
in transfer. When it falls within the provisions of Resolution ORSNA No. 73/15.
De acuerdo con la Resolución ORSNA N° 11/2007 se consideran diplomáticos a los titulares de pasaporte
diplomático extendido por el Estado Argentino y a los diplomáticos titulares de pasaporte extendido por
aquellos países que exceptúan de pago a los portadores de pasaportes diplomáticos del Estado Argentino,
siendo dicho criterio aplicable a todos los Aeropuertos integrantes del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos en la
medida que no contradiga los Cuadros Tarifarios que fueran oportunamente aprobados por el ORSNA. /
According to ORSNA Resolution No. 11/2007 those the holders of diplomatic passports issued by the
Argentine State and those holders of diplomatic passport issued by countries with reciprocity rate exception for
the use of air terminal building agreements with Argentine State, such a criteria is appllied to all members of
the National Airports System, since they do not contradict the Rate Schedules which were duly approved by
ORSNA.
Se consideran infantes, para su exclusión en la aplicación de la Tasa de Uso de Aerostación a los menores
que no hubieren cumplido los 3 años de edad para el caso de ser pasajero en vuelos de cabotaje y a los
menores que no hubieren cumplido los 2 años de edad para el caso de ser pasajeros en vuelos
internacionales. / In order to be exempted from the application of the Rate of Terminal Building Use, it is
considered as infants to those minors who have not reached the age of 3 years old in case of being
passengers on domestic flights and the 2 years old in case of being passengers on international flights.

Se entiende por “pasajero en tránsito” a aquel pasajero que arriba al aeropuerto, hace escala y continúa el
viaje en el mismo vuelo. / It is meant by "transit passenger" to that passenger that arrives at the airport,
stopped and then continues the journey on the same flight.
Régimen tarifario de los pasajeros en transferencia / Rate system for transfer passengers
Los pasajeros que realicen conexiones entre vuelos de cabotaje, sólo deberán abonar UNA (1) vez la Tasa de
Uso de Aeroestación de cabotaje al aeropuerto en el cual se inicie el itinerario, de acuerdo con el cuadro
tarifario vigente en dicho aeropuerto. / Passengers making connections between domestic flights shall pay
only ONE (1) time the rate of use for the domestic terminal to the initial departing airport, according with the
current rate schedule at the airport.
Los pasajeros que se dirijan hacia el exterior y realicen conexiones entre vuelos de cabotaje e internacionales,
sólo deberán abonar UNA (1) vez la Tasa de Uso de Aeroestación internacional al aeropuerto en el cual se
inicie el itinerario, de acuerdo con el cuadro tarifario vigente en dicho aeropuerto. / Passengers flying abroad
and making connections between domestic flights and international, will only pay ONE (1) time the rate of use
for international terminal to the initial departing airport according with the current rate schedule at that airport.
Los pasajeros que provengan del exterior y realicen conexiones con otro vuelo internacional, con un vuelo
regional entre la ciudad de Buenos Aires (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza)
y la República Oriental del Uruguay o de menos de 300 kilómetros, o con un vuelo de cabotaje no deberán
abonar la Tasa de Uso de Aeroestación dentro del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos. / Passengers coming
from abroad and making connections with another international flight, with a regional flight between Buenos
Aires (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza International Airport) and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay or
less than 300 kilometers, or with another domestic flight should not pay the fee of Use for the terminal within
the National Airports System.
La Tasa de Uso de Aeroestación regional deberá ser abonada exclusivamente por los pasajeros en vuelos
regionales, siempre que no realicen conexiones previas ni posteriores que acontezcan dentro de las 24 horas
en cualquier vuelo nacional o extranjero. En tal caso, el pasajero deberá abonar la Tasa de Uso de
Aerostación internacional al aeropuerto en el cual se inicie el itinerario, de acuerdo con el cuadro tarifario
vigente en dicho aeropuerto. / The Rate of Use for the regional Terminal shall be paid exclusively by
passengers on regional flights, provided they do not carry out previous or subsequent connections that happen
within 24 hours in any foreign or domestic flight. In this case, the passenger shall pay the fee for the use of the
international terminal at the airport where the itinerary has started, according with the current rate schedule at
the airport.
Los casos enunciados previamente se aplicarán cuando se cumplan las siguientes situaciones: / The cases
mentioned previously apply when the following conditions are met:
a) Que cada conexión estuviera programada para acontecer en un plazo no mayor a VEINTICUATRO
(24) horas desde el arribo programado. / That each connection was scheduled to be at a period not
exceeding twenty-four (24) hours from the scheduled arrival.
b) Que cada conexión estuviera programada para acontecer en un mismo aeropuerto o, entre el
Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza y viceversa. / Each connection
was scheduled to be at the same airport or between Aeroparque Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza
International Airport and vice versa.
c) Que las conexiones programadas no se realicen entre vuelos que cuenten respectivamente con el
mismo aeropuerto (o con el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza,
indistintamente) como origen y destino. / That no scheduled connections are made between flights that
have respectively the same airport (or the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza International Airport,
either) as the origin and destination.
d) Que las conexiones se encuentren detalladas en el mismo billete aéreo. / The connections are
detailed in the same air ticket.
e) Que el pasajero no haya solicitado a la línea aérea modificaciones en el vuelo, horario o trayecto, que
alteren alguna de las situaciones precedentes. / The passenger has not requested the airline for
changes in the flight schedule or route, that alter any of the preceding situations.
f) Que las Tasas de Uso de Aerostación correspondientes no sean percibidas en forma directa por el
operador aeroportuario al momento del embarque de cada vuelo. / That the rates of use
corresponding to the airport terminal building are not perceived directly by the airport operator upon
boarding each flight.

En los casos en que no se cumpla alguna de estas situaciones para un tramo de un itinerario, las Tasas de
Uso de Aerostación correspondientes se deberán abonar individualmente a cada aeropuerto de acuerdo con
el cuadro tarifario vigente para los tramos de itinerario que corresponda. / In cases where any of these
situations are not met for the segment of an itinerary, the usage rates should be paid to each airport
individually charged according with the current rate schedule for the corresponding sections of the itinerary.
El presente régimen se aplica para la conexión de vuelos de cualquier línea aérea e independientemente de
que el pasajero haya o no haya abandono del aeropuerto. / This scheme applies to connecting flights of any
airline and regardless of whether the passenger has or has not abandoned airport.

Se consideran vuelos regionales a los que unen la ciudad de Buenos Aires (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y el
Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza) con la República del Uruguay, o a aquellos con distancias recorridas
inferiores o iguales a 300 kilómetros. / It is considered a regional flight those flights linking Buenos Aires city
(Aeroparque Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza international Airport) with República del Uruguay, or hose with
distances covered less than or equal to 300 kilometers

Vuelos de cabotaje / Domestic flights

Tasa de $ 20,00 por pasajero embarcado. / $ 20,00 fee per passenger

Los infantes y los diplomáticos se encuentran excluidos del pago de la Tasa de Seguridad / Infants and
diplomats are excluded from paying the fee Security.
Se consideran infantes, a los efectos de la presente exclusión, a los menores que no hubiesen cumplido los
TRES (3) años de edad para el caso de ser pasajeros en vuelos de cabotaje y a los menores que no hubiesen
cumplido los DOS (2) años de edad para el caso de ser pasajeros en vuelos internacionales o vuelos
regionales con distancias recorridas inferiores o iguales a 300 km o que unan el Aeroparque “Jorge Newbery”
o el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza “Ministro Pistarini”, con la República Oriental del Uruguay. / For the
purposes of this exclusion it is considered infants, to children who had not fulfilled the THREE (3) years for the
case to be passengers on domestic flights and minors that had not fulfilled the TWO (2) years old for the case
of passengers on international flights and regional flights mileages less than or equal to 300 km or join
Aeroparque "Jorge Newbery" or Ezeiza International Airport "Ministro Pistarini" with the Oriental Republic of
Uruguay.
Se consideran diplomáticos a los titulares de pasaporte diplomático extendido por el Estado Argentino y a los
diplomáticos titulares de pasaporte extendido por aquellos países que exceptúan de pago a los portadores de
pasaportes diplomáticos del Estado Argentino. / Those holders of diplomatic passports issued by the Argentine
State and those holders of diplomatic passport issued by countries with reciprocity rate exception for the use of
air terminal building agreements with Argentine State.
Pasajeros en transferencia. / Transfer passengers
Régimen tarifario de los pasajeros en transferencia / Rate system of transfer passengers.
Los pasajeros en transferencia que realicen conexiones entre vuelos de cabotaje, sólo deberán abonar UNA
(1) vez la Tasa de Seguridad de vuelos de cabotaje. / Transfer passengers who made connections between
domestic flights only must pay ONE (1) once the Security tax domestic flights.
Los pasajeros en transferencia que se dirijan hacia el exterior y realicen conexiones entre vuelos de cabotaje
y un vuelo internacional, sólo deberán abonar UNA (1) vez la Tasa de Seguridad de vuelos internacionales. /
Transfer passengers that are directed outwards and make connections between domestic flights and
international flight, must pay only ONE (1) time Security Rate international flights.

Los pasajeros en transferencia que provengan del exterior y realicen conexiones con otro vuelo internacional,
con un vuelo regional con distancias recorridas inferiores o iguales a 300 km o que unan el Aeroparque “Jorge
Newbery” o el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza “Ministro Pistarini”, con la República Oriental del Uruguay, o
con un vuelo de cabotaje, no deberán abonar la Tasa de Seguridad. / Transfer passengers coming from
abroad and make connections with other international flight, with a regional flight distances covered less than
or equal to 300 km or join Aeroparque "Jorge Newbery" or Ezeiza International Airport "Ministro Pistarini" with
the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, or a domestic flight should not pay the fee Security.
La Tasa de Seguridad de vuelos regionales deberá ser abonada por los pasajeros, siempre que no realicen
conexiones previas ni posteriores que acontezcan dentro de las 24 horas en cualquier vuelo nacional o
extranjero. En tal caso, el pasajero deberá abonar la Tasa de Seguridad de vuelos internacionales. / Security
Rate regional flights must be paid by passengers, provided they do not carry out previous or subsequent
connections that happen within 24 hours in any foreign or domestic flight. In this case, the passenger must pay
the security tax on international flights.
Los casos enunciados previamente se aplicarán cuando se cumplan las siguientes situaciones: / The cases
mentioned previously apply when the following conditions are met:
a) Que cada conexión estuviera programada para acontecer en un plazo no mayor a 24 horas desde el
arribo. / That each connection was scheduled to hold within a period not exceeding 24 hours from
arrival.
b) Que cada conexión estuviera programada para acontecer en un mismo aeropuerto o entre el
Aeroparque “Jorge Newbery” y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza “Ministro Pistarini”, y viceversa. /
Each connection was scheduled to happen at the same airport or from Aeroparque "Jorge Newbery"
and Ezeiza International Airport "Ministro Pistarini" and vice versa.
c) Que las conexiones programadas no se realicen entre vuelos que cuenten respectivamente con el
mismo aeropuerto, o con el Aeroparque “Jorge Newbery” y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza
“Ministro Pistarini” (indistintamente) como origen y destino. / Scheduled connections are not made
between flights that have respectively the same airport or Aeroparque "Jorge Newbery" and Ezeiza
International Airport "Ministro Pistarini" (interchangeably) as the source and destination.
d) Que las conexiones se encuentren detalladas en el mismo billete aéreo. / The connections are
detailed in the same air ticket.
e) Que el pasajero no haya solicitado a la línea aérea modificaciones en el vuelo, horario o trayecto, que
alteren alguna de las situaciones precedentes. En los casos que no se cumpla alguna de estas
situaciones para un tramo de un itinerario, las Tasas de Seguridad correspondientes se deberán
abonar individualmente para los tramos de itinerario que corresponda. / The passenger has not
requested the airline changes the flight schedule or route, that alter any of the preceding situations. In
cases not meet any of these situations for a stretch of an itinerary, the corresponding rates Security
must be individually paid for sections corresponding itinerary.
El régimen descripto se aplica para la conexión de vuelos de cualquier línea aérea e independientemente de
que el pasajero haya o no abandono del aeropuerto, siempre que efectivice la conexión en los vuelos
programados en su billete aéreo. / The described scheme applies to connecting flights of any airline and
regardless of whether or not the passenger leaving the airport provided the connection made effective on
scheduled flights in its air ticket.

passenger whose final destination is a foreign airport located less than 300 kilometers in a straight line from
Argentine departure aerodrome is applied.

Se considerará para el cálculo de la tasa de protección al vuelo internacional una distancia mínima de
doscientos kilómetros. / It is considered for calculating the international rate of flight protection a minimum
distance of two hundred kilometers.
El kilometraje de los vuelos internacionales realizados por la misma aeronave en el mismo día, o por
distintas aeronaves de un mismo tipo pertenecientes a la misma empresa o persona, podrá acumularse a los
fines del pago de la tasa de protección al vuelo en aquellos casos en que la distancia real volada dentro del
espacio aéreo de jurisdicción sea inferior al mínimo de 200 kilómetros. Si el kilometraje acumulado, fuera
inferior al mínimo de 200 kilómetros estipulado, se percibirá la tasa correspondiente a 200 kilómetros. / The
mileage of international flights operated by the same aircraft on the same day, or for other aircraft of the same
type belonging to the same company or person can be accumulated for the purposes of payment of the flight
protection fee in cases where the actual flown distance within the airspace of jurisdiction is less than the
minimum of 200 kilometers. If the accumulated mileage were below the minimum stipulated 200 kilometers,
the corresponding 200 kilometers fee shall be charged

Esta tasa es sólo aplicable en aquellos aeropuertos que cuenten con servicios y equipos propios a las tareas
de apoyo al aterrizaje, a saber: radar terminal y/o servicio instrumental de aproximación (ILS). / This rate only
applies to those airports that have own equipment services and landing, ground support tasks namely: terminal
radar and / or instrument approach service (ILS).

Las aeronaves de matrícula extranjera cuyo peso resulte igual o menor a 5.700 kg. pagarán las mismas tasas
que las aeronaves de peso mayor a 5.700 kg. / Foreign registered aircraft whose weight is equal to or less
than 5,700 kg. they will pay the same rates as aircraft weight to 5.700 kg.
