institucional, a la vez en atención a lo solicitado con documentos de la referencia; hago de su
conocimiento lo siguiente:
Que, se ha verificado en el módulo de consultas de expedientes
judiciales de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Perú (Internet), que el JUZGADO CIVIL
TRANSITORIO DE SULLANA - SEDE PRINCIPAL en el Expediente Judicial N° 06010-2008-0-
3101-JR-CI-02, ha emitido la RESOLUCION NUMERO VEINTITRES (23) de fecha 27 de
setiembre 2023, mediante la cual da cuenta, de la emisión de un Informe Pericial de
Liquidación de Devengados e Intereses Legales N° 21-2023-2°.JCT-S; para que se ponga a
conocimiento de las partes procesales por el plazo de CINCO DIAS HABILES, para que
absuelvan conforme a su derecho corresponda; sin embargo hasta la fecha se encuentra
pendiente dicho trámite; razón por la cual estamos a la espera de la respectiva notificación que
declare consentido y ejecutoriado el informe pericial para proceder a la emisión del acto
resolutivo.
