Por alistamiento de subida a dique realiza la entrega la MN DOÑA JOSE II; se

realiza el trasciego de combustible manteniendo todas las medidas de
seguridad, no se generó contaminación alguna.

OBSERVACIONES REMARKS:Se deberán anotar todas las observaciones halladas para cada uno de los diferentes numerales anteriores y de
la OPERACIÓN. Las notas aclaratorias deben de ser de SOLUCION para arreglar de inmediato o dar término de tiempo para no sancionar o
causar una detención o reporte al registro de naves, al SITMAR o en su caso al CIALA. (All remarks discovered should be written down on
each prior section of this form and for the OPERATION in general. Explanatory notes should be SOLVING the issue immediately or provide a
term in order not to produce penalties or cause detainment or reports on ship
registration SITMAR or CIALA.).En caso de que sea el inspector el que esté realizando el control de la OPERACIÓN deberá informar de
inmediato al Capitán de puerto la anomalía presentada quien tomara decisiones, si es el Inspector decide la actuación a seguir. (If the
Inspector is performing control of the OPERATION he should immediately notify the issue to the Harbor Master who shall take the pertinent
decision if not the inspector should decide the course of action.)

TERMINO DE PRESENTACION DEL

FINAL REPORT SUBMITTAL TERM
El tiempo estipulado por la respectiva Capitania de Puerto para presentar el informe ESCRITO bajo el formato establecido para el
control de la operación marítima asignada es de 5 días calendario desde el momento en que desembarca del buque o artefacto
naval.
The period established by the Port Auhtority to submit the WRITTEN report with the form established for maritime control operation is 5 (five) calendar days from the moment the ship or movable
floating platform comes ashore.
NOTAS(NOTES):
•Este formato se utilizará para consolidar la información mensual del proceso de protección del medio marino la cual, el inspector deberá
registrar dicha información en el informe de gestión M5-00-FOR-001. El formato deberá ser escaneado en formato PDF y remitido a la
respectiva capitanía de puerto. (• This format will be used to consolidate the monthly information of the marine environment protection
process which the inspector must record said information in the management report M5-00-FOR-001. The format must be scanned in PDF
format and sent to the respective harbour master)
•En las casillas se marcará con el número uno (1) las respuesta “si” o “aplicable” y con el cero (0) las respuesta “no” y con el número dos
(2) las respuestas “no aplicable”. (code letter; (1) Yes/True; (0) No; (2) Not Aplicable).
•Los aspectos considerados en el presente formato remiten a las reglas del Anexo I del Convenio MARPOL 73/78 (The issues considered in
this format refer to regulations of Annex I of MARPOL 73/78).
•La Autoridad Marítima local controlará y verificará la implementación del sistema de gestión y las medidas de mitigación, reparación y
compensación ante sucesos que atente contra las personas, el ambiente medio marino , la infraestructura portuaria. ( The local
Maritime Authority will control and verify implementation of the management system and mitigation, repair and trade-off for events
that attempt against people, the environment sea and facilities).
•Cuando se realice una operación con hidrocarburos a cualquier tipo de buque se exigirá poner la barrera de contención como medida de
prevención al derrame de hidrocarburos. El Operador es responsable de proporcionar las barreras de contención Decreto 1875/79 (For
hydrocarbons operation on any type of vessel, the containment barrier will be required as a preventive measure for oil spills.The Operator
is responsible for providing the containment booms).
•Para todo derrame, el inspector está obligado a comunicar a la estación de control de tráfico marítimo/líder de proceso de protección del
medio marino. (For all oil spill, the inspector is compelled to notify to the maritime traffic control station/ marine environmental protection
leader)
