When I was lost,
you were my guide,
In every moment,
you were by my side.
Our hearts were whispers
in the dark,
And in your eyes,
I found my spark.
When love was new and
skies were clear,
You were my world,
my every cheer.
Now memories are softly worn,
But in my heart,
you were reborn.
When love was young and
dreams were bright,
You were my sun in every night.
Now though the years
have gently flown,
What was, is now a love still known.
When our hearts were one and
skies were blue,
I was in love, and
so were you.
Though time has passed and
dreams have changed,
What was true then still remains.
