specified on your Statement. Any payment that does not conform to these requirements may not be credited to your Account for up to five (5) days or may be rejected. Authorization for Electronic Payments: When
you pay by phone (IVR or representative assisted) or via CFNA.com, you are authorizing CFNA to initiate an electronic debit entry to your checking account in the amount specified in your request. CFNA will inform
you before you authorize payment by phone if there is a fee for the service. Electronic Check Conversion: When you send us payment by check, you authorize us to process your check electronically. Your checking
account may be debited on the day we receive your check. The electronic transaction will appear on your bank statement although your cancelled check will not be returned to you. Credit Balances: We owe you
the amount of any New Balance listed as a credit. Any credit balance will be refunded upon your request to CFNA, P.O. Box 81315, Cleveland, OH 44181-0315 or applied to amounts you charge to your Account in
the future. If you don't request a refund and your credit balance is $1 or more, we will refund the credit balance automatically three months after it first appeared on your statement. If you don't request a refund and
your credit balance is less than $1, we will not refund the credit balance automatically and we will not apply the credit balance to amounts you charge to your Account more than six months after the credit balance
first appeared on your statement. Credit Reporting: If you believe we have reported inaccurate information about you to a credit reporting agency, please notify us in writing at CFNA, P.O. Box 81315, Cleveland,
OH 44181-0315. Please identify the inaccurate information, tell us why you believe it is incorrect, and provide supporting documentation of the inaccurate information, such as a copy of the credit report that includes
the inaccurate information or bank statement evidencing the payment was deducted from your account. We may report information about your account to credit reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments,
or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report. When Interest Charges Begin to Accumulate. Interest Charges accumulate on each purchase from the later of (a) the date of the transaction
or (b) the first day of the Billing Cycle on which the transaction posts to your Account. Any interest which may have been waived due to the receipt of a payment, and which payment is later deemed insufficient or
rejected will result in the re-application of waived interest to your account. However, we do not assess Interest Charges in the following circumstances: (1) If you paid the New Balance at the beginning of your
previous Billing Cycle by the Payment Due Date during that previous Billing Cycle (or if that New Balance was $0 or a credit balance), and (1a) if you pay the New Balance on your current Monthly Statement in full
by the Payment Due Date in your current Billing Cycle, we will not impose Interest Charges on Purchases during your current Billing Cycle, and (1b) if you make a payment that is less than the New Balance by the
Payment Due Date in your current Billing Cycle, we will credit that payment as of the first day in your current Billing Cycle. (2) If you had a New Balance at the beginning of your previous Billing Cycle and you did
not pay that New Balance by the Payment Due Date during that previous Billing Cycle, then we will not charge Interest Charges on any Purchases during the current Billing Cycle if you pay the New Balance at the
beginning of your current Billing Cycle by the Payment Due Date. To avoid Interest Charges, pay the amount displayed as the Revolving Balance on this Statement by the Payment Due Date. How We Calculate
Average Daily Balance Subject to Interest Rate: We will calculate periodic Interest Charges on your Account for each Billing Cycle by multiplying a monthly periodic rate ("Periodic Interest Rate") by the Average
Daily Balance (including new transactions) on your Account. We calculate the Average Daily Balance on your Account separately for (1) your Revolving Balance and (2) your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan
Purchases for each Billing Cycle during the Delay Period. To get the Average Daily Balance for your Revolving Balance, we first determine the daily balance for your Revolving Balance. To get the daily balance,
we take the beginning Revolving Balance of your Account each day. Then we subtract any payments or credits applied to your Revolving Balance, and any unpaid Interest Charges. We add to that amount any new
Regular Credit Plan transactions, Late Payment Fees, and other Account fees and administrative charges. To get the Average Daily Balance for your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan Purchases during the
Delay Period, we first determine the daily balance for your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan Purchases. To get the daily balanc e, we take the remaining balance(s) of your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan(s) each
day. Then we subtract any payments or credits applied to your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan Purchases. We then separately add up all the daily balances for the Revolving Balance and each Promotional Credit
Plan(s). We then separately divide the Revolving daily balance total and the Promotional Credit Plan(s) daily balance total(s) by the number of days in the Billing Cycle. This gives us the Average Daily Balance for
your Revolving Balance and the Average Daily Balance for your Unpaid Promotional Credit Plan Purchases. The Promotional Credit Plan Purchases section displays the Average Daily Balance and
related accrued Interest Charges. The Interest Charge Calculation section reflects the Average Daily Balance (Balance Subject to Interest Rate) and Interest Charges for the Revolving Balance(s). The
-promotional credit card spending that remains unpaid at the end of your billing cycle. The the Unpaid Promotional Credit
Plan Purchases that you did not pay in full by the specified Due Date, in which case you will owe us Interest Charges that have accumulated during the Delay Period. REMINDER FOR PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES:

dollar amount of the suspected error. Description of Problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us within 60
days after the error first appeared on your statement. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing or electronically. You may call us, but if you do, we are not required to investigate any potential errors and
you may have to pay the amount in question. While we investigate whether there has been an error, the following are true:
We cannot try to collect the amount in question or report you as delinquent on that amount.
The charge in question may remain on your statement, and we may continue to charge you interest on that amount. But, if we determine that we made a mistake, you will not have to pay the amount
in question or any interest or other fees related to that amount.
While you do not have to pay the amount in question, you are responsible for the remainder of your balance.
We can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit.
Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases. If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct
the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true: (1) the purchase must have been made in your home
