Datos útiles:
- Para marcar las piezas usaremos marcadores específicos de tela, tanto tizas como marcadores
que se puedan eliminar, hay muchas opciones. Podemos encontrarlos en tiendas de costura o
de patchwork.
- Tenemos que cortar todas las piezas del patrón con 0,5 cm de margen de costura, excepto si
indica otra cosa el patrón.
- Cuano indico en las explicaciones «doblar» será siempre por la marca del patrón.
- Tenemos que rematar las costuras al principio y al final, sobre todo si no se va a coser sobre
ellas.
- También remataremos el borde de las costuras, yo utilizo dos técnicas, o bien una tijera de zig-
zag o bien con la máquina de coser con punto de remallado o zig-zag.
- Cuando una costura tenga forma cóncava hay que hacer unos pequeños cortes, sin llegar a la
línea de costura, antes de girar la pieza.

piece.
