Rosalinda Velásquez or “Rosi” is a popular street vendor from
Lima. Let’s get to know her.
She starts work at 7:00 a.m. and buys the ingredients at the market.
She opens her food stand, cleans her utensils, greets her
customers, and cooks for them every morning and afternoon.

conocerla.
Empieza a trabajar a las 7:00 a.m. y compra los ingredientes en el mercado.
Abre su puesto de comida, limpia sus cubiertos, saluda a sus clientes y les cocina todas
las mañanas y tardes.
Rosi es muy amigable. Le gusta conocer gente nueva todos los días. Ella dice: "Los
vendedores ambulantes son carismáticos, amigables y comunicativos". “Mi negocio es
como mi bebé”, dice siempre Rosi.
