ELVIS : Hello Eduardo, how have you been all this time? - hola eduardo, como has estado en todo este
tiempo?
EDUARDO : Hello Elvis, I am very well and very excited to be at university. - hola elvis, estoy muy bien y
muy emocionado de estar en la universidad
ELVIS : Simply fabulous and what career are you studying? - simplemente fabuloso y que carrera estas
estudiando?
EDUARDO : I am studying business administration at the UPT of Piura - yo estoy estudiando administracion
de empresa en la upt de piura
ELVIS : I think it's great and how is your university in Piura? - me parece genial y como es tu
universidad en Piura
EDUARDO : My university in Piura has many very nice apartments and is carefully protected by good
security personnel. - mi universidad en piura tiene muchos pisos muy bonitos y esta
cuidadosamente protegida por un buen personal de seguridad.
ELVIS : Very interesting and what courses are you taking today? - muy interesante y que cursos llevas
el dia de hoy?
EDUARDO : Today at night I am taking the math and chemistry courses. - el dia de hoy por la noche llevo los
cursos de matemáticas y química
ELVIS : Oh mine too! I had chemistry at 8:30 AM. After that, I took a break. I usually take that time to
have some coffee in the cafeteria. - ¡Ay el mío también! Tuve quimica a las 8:30 a.m. Después de
eso, me tomé un descanso. Normalmente tomo ese tiempo para tomar un café en la cafetería.
EDUARDO : That sounds nice! I take a break at 8:00 PM. During my break, I usually study in the library or
chat with friends. - ¡Eso suena bien! Tomo un descanso a las 08.00 p.m. Durante mi descanso,
suelo estudiar en la biblioteca o charlar con amigos.
ELVIS : And what is the most difficult course you have? - y cuál es el curso más difícil que tienes?
EDUARDO : The most difficult is statistics for business, in my class few students passed - el mas dificil es
estadistica para los negocios, en mi clase pocos alumnos aprobaron
ELVIS : I understand Eduardo, university life is beautifully great. - entiendo eduardo, la vida
universitaria es hermosamente genial
EDUARDO : And tell me Elvis, where are you studying? - y cuentame elvis, en donde estas estudiando?
ELVIS : I am studying industrial engineering at the UTP of Nuevo Chimbote, it is a very beautiful and
incredible university - yo estoy estudiando ingenieria industrial en la utp de nuevo chimbote, es
una universidad muy bonita e increible
EDUARDO : That's fascinating and what is your favorite course? - eso es fascinante y cual es tu curso
favorito?
ELVIS : My favorite course is CAD drawing, because they teach you how to model parts by computer. -
mi curso favorito es dibujo cad, porque te enseñan a modelar piezas por computadora
EDUARDO : And what do you do in your free time? - y que haces en tus ratos libre?
ELVIS : I review some topics. I like the library too! Now, I have an accounting class at 6 PM. Accounting
is difficult for me. I have to pay more attention to the Professor and take notes. - repaso algunos
temas, ¡Me gusta la biblioteca también! Ahora tengo una clase de contabilidad a las 6 pm. La
contabilidad es difícil para mí. Tengo que prestarle más atención al profesor y tomar notas.
EDUARDO : And what is the course that you hate the most in your class? - y cual es el curso que mas odian
en tu clase? -
ELVIS : There are many courses that we hate because few students understand mathematics, but the
one we don't like is calculus applied to physics. - hay muchos cursos que odiamos porque pocos
alumnos entendemos matematicas, pero el que no nos gusta es calculo aplicado a la fisica
EDUARDO : Thanks Elvis, it was nice to see you again. - gracias elvis, fue un gusto volver a verte
