1.- Why did you choose to study your degree subject?
I choose this degree most of all for the pic opportunity of job that this career have.

2.- What did you most/least enjoy about your time at university?
the most important things that I enjoyed was to know Friends, not all subjects where to my liking,
but there was one that I enjoyed a lot.
Lo más importante que disfruté fue conocer Amigos, no todos los temas que me gustaban, pero
había uno que disfruté mucho.
3.- What skills did you develop at university?
During my time at the University I develop many skills that today there are very helpful, one of
them , the work as a team, be organized and adjust to the times.
Durante mi tiempo en la Universidad, desarrollo muchas habilidades que hoy en día son muy
útiles, una de ellas, el trabajo en equipo, ser organizado y ajustarse a los tiempos.
4.- What was the most challenging aspect of your degree course?
Mathematics was one of the most challenging things during my stay at the University because this
was never one of my strongs.
Las matemáticas fueron una de las cosas más desafiantes durante mi estadía en la Universidad
porque nunca fue uno de mis fuertes

most of the subject that I carry in this degree will apply to this position

6. - Tell us something about yourself?
one of the things that I like to do in my free time is to do exercise I like to cook a lot especially
prepare desserts I really like watch some movies when I have time
Una de las cosas que me gusta hacer en mi tiempo libre es hacer ejercicio. Me gusta cocinar
mucho, especialmente preparar postres. Realmente me gusta ver algunas películas cuando tengo
tiempo.
7.- What do you like doing in your spare time?
I am a very creative person who likes to always learn new things I never stay with the doubt I
consider myself an honest person very organized and responsible for all my duties.
Soy una persona muy creativa a la que le gusta aprender cosas nuevas. Nunca me quedo con la
duda. Me considero una persona honesta, muy organizada y responsable de todos mis deberes.
8. - Why do you want this job?
because it has always been one of my ideas to work in this company and is a big opportunity to be
able to forge my skills in this company.
Porque siempre ha sido una de mis ideas trabajar en esta empresa y es una gran oportunidad para
poder forjar mis habilidades en esta empresa.

I am a very responsible person in what I do I like to learn the how and why of things and how to do
them, i am very dedicated and always strive to do the best.

If I do not get the job I would like to know what I was missing which is what they are looking for in
a person and if there is another position in the company I would like you to have me in mind.
Si no obtengo el trabajo, me gustaría saber lo que me estaba perdiendo, que es lo que están
buscando en una persona y si hay otro puesto en la empresa, me gustaría que me recuerde.
13. - What are your strengths/weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses for example when something catch my attention I move away from their
responsibilities that I have in this moment to pay attention to that.
Una de mis debilidades, por ejemplo, cuando algo me llamó la atención, me alejé de sus
responsabilidades que tengo en este momento para prestarle atención a eso.
14. - What is your biggest achievement?
My greats achievements has been to create designs to make skillscreen on t-shirts and sale those
t-shirts.
Mis mayores logros han sido crear diseños para hacer serigrafías en camisetas y vender esas
camisetas.

19. - What trends are likely to affect our industry over the next few years?
being a food company one of the things that could affect the industry it is that people want to
know the quality of the food that they are consuming scenes in recent years that use of
preservatives and substances to last food is the couse of many diseases.
Ser una compañía de alimentos, una de las cosas que podría afectar a la industria es que la gente
quiere saber la calidad de los alimentos que están consumiendo escenas en los últimos años, que
el uso de conservantes y sustancias como último alimento es el resultado de muchas
enfermedades.
20. - How do you typically approach new projects?
When I approached new projects first verified what benefits can bring me if it will be helpful in
new projects in a future.
Cuando me acerqué a los nuevos proyectos, primero verifiqué qué beneficios pueden aportarme si
será útil en nuevos proyectos en el futuro.
21. - Describe your management style?
I like to manage my time effectively to do all my obligations on time.
Me gusta administrar mi tiempo de manera efectiva para cumplir con todas mis obligaciones a
tiempo.
22. - What sorts of things do you like to delegate?
For example when are teamwork I like to mantein order and motivate them so that they were
comes out as best as possible always taking care of the details and making them do things well.

salgan lo mejor posible, cuidando siempre los detalles y haciendo que funcionen bien
23. - What qualities do you look for in a manager?
someone attentive, responsible, organized, that like to help others, that give us that example.
Alguien atento, responsable, organizado, que le gusta ayudar a los demás, que nos dé ese ejemplo.
24. - How do you handle stress?
I do not usually be a person who gets stressed but when I get stressed I stopped to take a deep
breath and try to finish the duty that causes me stress.
Normalmente no soy una persona que se estresa, pero cuando me estreso me detuve para tomar
una respiración profunda y tratar de terminar el deber que me causa estrés.
25. - Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?
the most important thing about working under pressure is always to keep your head focused on
what you are doing to make it work.
Lo más importante de trabajar bajo presión es mantener la cabeza enfocada en lo que está
haciendo para que funcione.

In an environment that is comfortable, Pleasant, well-lit, ample, where you can coexist and work
properly with your coworkers.
En un ambiente que sea cómodo, agradable, bien iluminado, amplio, donde pueda convivir y
funcionar adecuadamente con sus compañeros de trabajo.
27. - What motivates you in terms of work?
the change I'm going to make when doing that job and the earning from work.
El cambio que voy a hacer al hacer ese trabajo y las ganancias del trabajo.
28. - What interests you most/least in your current work?
I don't have a current job but in my last job what interested me the most was to make and create
invitatios, what interested menthe least was when i have to clean the entire store.
No tengo un trabajo actual, pero en mi último trabajo lo que más me interesó fue crear y crear
invitaciones, lo que menos interesó a los hombres fue cuando tuve que limpiar toda la tienda.
29. - What would you change about your current job if you could?
Something that I would change in my last job would be the payments I got I worked a lot for a little
money.
Algo que cambiaría en mi último trabajo serían los pagos que obtuve. Trabajé mucho por un poco
de dinero.

I don't have any current job.

I worked when I was a student at the University I didt enough time to do my duties as a student,
that was the reason to leave my last job.
Trabajé cuando era estudiante en la Universidad. No tuve tiempo suficiente para hacer mis
deberes como estudiante, esa fue la razón para dejar mi último trabajo.
32. - What are you looking for in a job?
A job that motivates you to do it well, and that you appreciate your hard work. Un trabajo que te
motive hacerlo bien, y que aprecien tu trabajo duro.

That the things can not go as I hope.

34. - What kinds of decisions do you find difficult to make?
sometimes I find it hard to say no.
A veces me cuesta decir que no.
35. - Tell us about a time when you demonstrated good customer service/leadership skills etc.
When I helped my father in the grocery store, I learned how to test customers and offer our
products
Cuando ayudé a mi padre en la tienda de abarrotes, aprendí a probar los clientes y ofrecer
nuestros productos.
36. - Tell us about a time when you have been innovative at work.
Help create something innovative, when it was part of the project called seritor, creamo an
ecological sovente made with grapefruit, to create paintings.

37. - Tell us about a time you encountered a problem and how you resolved it.
First I try to keep calm to solve the problems what was what I did wrong and how I can solve it.
Primero trato de mantener la calma para resolver los problemas, ¿qué fue lo que hice mal y cómo
puedo resolverlo?

when I had to choose the career to study, was a decision very difficult to take
Cuando tuve que elegir la carrera para estudiar, fue una decisión muy difícil de tomar
39. - Tell us about a time when you successfully managed a difficult situation at work.
Once in my old job I was alone taking care of the business suddenly some very suspicious men
stopped in front of the business to look for more than half an hour what I did was close the
business and go to the business on its side and talk about what happened .
Una vez en mi antiguo trabajo me encontraba sola cuidando el negocio de repente unos hombres
muy sospechosos se detuvieron delante del negocio a mirar por más de media hora lo que hice fue
cerrar el negocio e irme al negocio de ha lado y platicarle sobre de lo sucedido.
40. - Describe a situation in which you took a risk. What were the results?
I rescue kittens that are in the street, once when i way to school I found two kittens newborns in
the trash, I take the risk missing two classes and one exam, to safe the kittens , i taked care of
them.
Rescato gatitos que están en la calle, una vez cuando camino a la escuela encontré dos gatitos
recién nacidos en la basura, tomo el riesgo de perder dos clases y un examen, para proteger a los
gatitos, me encargué de ellos.
41. - How do you work in a team?
When I work in a team I like to maintain order I do not like waste time and always have everything
neat and clean.
Cuando trabajo en un equipo me gusta mantener el orden, no me gusta perder el tiempo y
siempre tengo todo ordenado y limpio
42. - How would your colleagues describe you?
They describe me as a very creative person, organized in what i do, and honest.
Me describen como una persona muy creativa, organizada en lo que hago y honesta.

A very hardworking, punctual person , who strives in what he does, always bringing at the best.
Una persona muy trabajadora, puntual, que se esfuerza en lo que hace, siempre brindando lo

44. - When were you happiest at work?
When i worked in the invitations shop was one of the best work despite the fact that i was paid
very little, i liked creating invitations.
Cuando trabajé en la tienda de invitaciones fue uno de los mejores trabajos a pesar de que me
pagaban muy poco, me gustaba crear invitaciones.
45. - You seem not to have too much experience in X. Do you think this would be a problem?
NO, you never have experience in what is new for you, the experience is acquired from daily
practice, it is not a problem, you just need time to have that experience.
Nunca tiene experiencia en lo que es nuevo para usted, la experiencia se adquiere de la práctica
diaria, no es un problema, solo necesita tiempo para tener esa experiencia.
46. - Do you think you are overqualified for this position?
I know that I am sufficiently prepared to obtain the position, and the skills that I have and that I
can still acquire will make me a very good employe.
Sé que estoy lo suficientemente preparado para obtener el puesto, y las habilidades que tengo y
que aún puedo adquirir me convertirán en un excelente empleado.
47. - How have you changed over the last five years?
In the way of seeing thing, I listen to opinions and I respect them, many times I worry about the
economy of my family and always try to help them.
En el modo de ver las cosas, escucho las opiniones y las respeto, muchas veces me preocupo por la
economía de mi familia y siempre trato de ayudarlas.
48. - Where do you see yourself in five years´ time?
I see myself working with a good position in the company, always going ahead facing the
adversities that are presented to me.
Me veo trabajando con una buena posición en la empresa, siempre avanzando frente a las
adversidades que se me presentan.

If I obtain the position in the company it will help me to develop all my skills in a professional
