Dear Parents:
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to a conference with your child’s teacher. The conference is
held currently for the purpose of increasing your understanding of the progress your child is making.
I would like to get an idea of your availability for Monday, October 9. 2023. Conference can be in person or
virtual. If you are not able to attend on this day, I can always schedule your conference after school during the
week.
Below are times appointment can be made. Please notify me in ClassDojo the window of time you will be
available on the 9th of October or indicate if a different date/time is desired. Also, please let me if you will need
an interpreter. I will notify of your conference time when you indicate your preferred window of time.
