Inducción docente
La inducción docente en el Liceo del Caribe es un proceso fundamental
para el desarrollo profesional de los educadores. Estos espacios buscan
integrar a los nuevos docentes en la filosofía institucional, brindando
apoyo y orientación en todos los enfoques de la misma.
Durante la inducción, se fomenta la familiarización con los objetivos
pedagógicos y valores institucionales, fortaleciendo el sentido de
pertenencia. Los directivos desempeñan un papel esencial al
proporcionar orientación personalizada, compartir buenas prácticas y
facilitar la adaptación a las dinámicas del liceo.
Además, se promueve la actualización constante mediante capacitaciones y
actividades formativas, garantizando que los docentes estén al tanto de las
metodologías más innovadoras y las necesidades cambiantes de los
estudiantes.
La inducción docente en el Liceo del Caribe no solo se centra en aspectos
académicos, sino también en el desarrollo socioemocional de los educadores,
cultivando habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y empatía.
En resumen, este proceso de inducción contribuye a la construcción de un

ESTUDIANTES
Es un día lleno de expectativas y emociones, el
Liceo del Caribe abre sus puertas para recibir
tanto a los nuevos como antiguos estudiantes
con los brazos abiertos. El bullicio de la
entrada se mezcla con la alegría palpable de
un nuevo comienzo, mientras la comunidad
educativa se une para dar la bienvenida a
quienes se embarcan en esta travesía

Power Up and Prepare Series Training (Cambridge One Platform )
Taking into account that the high school is in the process of transitioning
by 2024 it will work with Cambridge, through its Power Up and Prepare
reason, it is important that teachers know methodologies, themes and the platform, the latter
being a great support for teaching.
The teachers registered their online account on Cambridge.org, also creating each of their
classes.
The teachers learned how to access the platform materials, which are interactive, as they
include audios, practice activities and games. Likewise, they learned how to add students and
how to generate tasks to assign them.
The platform has a test creator that can be used for midterm tests. These tests are only
enabled to be printed.
The diagnostic tests will be presented in February, through Google Forms .
The participation of the English Area is defined regarding the support that it
will provide monthly to the Institutional Projects. Support is defined for the
months of February and March.
Week 1-2 ( January 31 to February

Love and Friendship Recipe
Each student or in groups prepares a Love and
Friendship Recipe using 1 word as a base and using
love and friendship vocabulary.
The best one is chosen per course to present it during a
break, each cycle separately.
