2 - ORGANIZACIÓN

2.1 Definición
Este Rally está organizado por la Municipalidad de Gral. Paz, Pcia. de Buenos Aires.
La denominación de la Prueba es: RALLY CIUDAD DE RANCHOS 2022, y está programado para los
días 18 al 20 de MARZO de 2022.

2.2 Generalidades

Esta prueba será disputada conforme al CDI de la FIA y sus anexos, al RDA y sus anexos, a las
Prescripciones Generales de Rally y sus Anexos, al Reglamento Zonal de la Federación Mar y Sierras y
sus Anexos, al Presente Reglamento Particular de la Prueba (RPP) y sus Anexos, al Código de Tránsito
de la República Argentina, a las Leyes y Normas de tránsito provinciales y municipales por dónde
atraviese el Itinerario del Rally y a las indicaciones de las personas encargadas de la seguridad.

3 - AUTORIDADES DE LA PRUEBA 9 - RECONOCIMIENTOS

Director de la Prueba: Sr. Mario Diaz El reconocimiento será libre en horario y pasadas, respetando las Leyes de Tránsito. Se aconseja tomar la máxima precaución, ya
Director Adjunto: Sr. Adrian Gimenez que pueden encontrarse con vehículos haciendo el recorrido en sentido inverso. A los efectos de lo mencionado, se vuelve a recordar
Comisario Deportivo: Sr. Daniel Jordan que los reconocimientos son solamente para levantar las notas de la hoja de ruta de cada tripulación, no pruebas de velocidad con
Comisarios Técnicos: Fabian Alvarez vehículos particulares. Es por ello que se controlará la velocidad con pistola y si fuera necesario, se sancionará a quienes no respeten
Responsable de Seguridad: a designar las velocidades permitidas.

Administrativa, es OBLIGATORIA, salvo aquellos casos que las autoridades consideren de fuerza mayor.

4 - ELEGIBILIDAD
11 - LARGADA CON SEMAFORO
Esta competencia es válida por la 2° Fecha del Campeonato Zonal Rally Mar y Sierras, de pilotos y
navegantes de la Federación Mar y Sierras y está clasificada como de Graduación 2 a los efectos del En caso que se utilicen semáforos especialmente acondicionados para la largada de una Prueba
otorgamiento del puntaje. Especial o Super Especial, el competidor que parta antes de encendida la luz verde, débe continuar su marcha sin detenerse.
Será Penalizado de acuerdo a las Prescripciones Generales de Rally (Art.19.8)
5 - FISCALIZACIÓN

Esta competencia será fiscalizada por la Federación Mar y Sierras quienes designarán las Autoridades 12 - REENGANCHE
Correspondientes.
Las Tripulaciones que hayan hecho abandono de la prueba durante la Etapa 1, podrán reparar su automovil para reengancharse hasta
6 - RECORRIDO el registro o paso del último auto de la clase menor del CH 8C (Salida de Parque de Servicio), o 30 minutos antes del horario del
primer auto de CH 8D. Siendo alli todos los reenganchados ordenados para largar la Etapa 2 en la ruta detras del último clasificado
Este Rally consta de 15 (quince) Pruebas Especiales. Las Etapas, Secciones, Sectores, Controles Horarios de cada Clase según corresponda, con una separación en tiempo que especificaran las Autoridades Deportivas oportunamente.
Parques de Servicio, Ragrupamientos, Parques Cerrados, tiempos ideales otorgados, tiempos máximos
y recorridos obligatorios están descriptos en el Libro de Ruta y en los Carnets de Control. Los tramos
comprendidos entre Controles Horarios se denominan Sectores y dentro de éstos podrá o no haber 13 - PRUEBA SUPER ESPECIAL Nº 1 (Regimen de Super Especial)
