PROGRAM no.: 94 ‘SIEMENS TAZ000 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 23A vowsno:10 | Fault finding - Interpretation of statuses EXCHANGER FLOW CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE ET020 NOTES ‘There must be no present or stored faults. ‘The exchanger flow control solenoid valve is "ACTIVE" when the gearbox oil temperature exceeds 100°C and the engine speed is more than 2000 rpm. Otherwise the solenoid valve remains inactive. Run command AC024 “Actuator sequential control” and check that the activation status changes from "INACTIVE" to "ACTIVE™ When the solenoid valve is "ACTIVE" the voltage should be 0 V. When the solenoid valve is INACTIVE" the voltage should be 12 V. Reconnect the computer. Activate the solenoid vaives with command AC024 “Actuator sequential contro!” and check the solenoid valve current, If the current is 260 mA, the solenoid valve is operating correctly. Ifthe current is lower, check the connections and wiring from the computer to the exchanger flow solenoid valve. Ifthe command status does not change, use the interpretation of fault DFO17 “Exchanger flow solen: circuit" valve Ifthe problem persists after the diagnostic procedure for fault DFO17 “Exchanger flow solenoid vaive circuit” has been followed, contact your Techline. Ifthe fault is stil present, contact the Techiline. Deal with any other faults. Clear the fault memory.
