I) PRESENTACIÓN:
La maestría en contabilidad está dirigida a los bachilleres y/o profesionales
titulados en contabilidad y afines, para el efecto ofrece las menciones de
auditoría integral, Política y Gestión Tributaria y Gestión y Control
Gubernamental, con la finalidad de desarrollar las competencias que
permitan el fortalecimiento efectivo de las actividades del ciclo
administrativo de las organizaciones del sector público y privado, dentro de
un contexto del mercado globalizado y competitivo, fundamentado en los
estándares internacionales emitidos por los diversos organismos
relacionados a la profesión del Contador Público y afines.

La Maestría dentro del contexto académico se desarrolla en 4 ciclos de

estudios, con un total de 48 créditos cada uno. Las asignaturas en las tres
menciones contienen temas en investigación que permitan la formulación de
la tesis conducente a la obtención del grado académico de magister en
contabilidad y temas vinculados a la especialidad de cada de las menciones
para que el graduado tenga en ella herramientas que le permitan plantear
soluciones a los problemas financieros y/o administrativos de las
organizaciones del sector público y privado.

II) OBJETIVOS:
• Formar investigadores con capacidad de examinar, analizar y plantear
soluciones concretas a los problemas financieros y administrativos de las
organizaciones públicas y privadas a través del ejercicio de la auditoría,
gestión tributaria y gestión gubernamental.
• Formar especialistas con conocimientos basado en la ciencia y tecnología,
para el fortalecimiento efectivo del ciclo financiero y administrativo de las
organizaciones del sector público y privado.
• Fomentar las actividades para el fortalecimiento de las actividades de
pedagogía universitaria

III) PERFIL DEL INGRESANTE:

• Pre-disposición de adquirir mayores conocimientos en auditoría integral,
Política y Gestión Tributaria y Control y Gestión Gubernamental.
• Pre disposición para la investigación a nivel científico y aplicativo en las
organizaciones públicas y privadas.
• Poseer una visión clara el contexto de la normatividad internacional
financiera y administrativa.
• Ser proactivo (dinámico) para la ejecución de las actividades académicas
y organizacionales del sector público y privado.

IV) PERFIL DEL EGRESADO

• Capacidad para el desarrollo de actividades de control interno, auditoría
financiera, integral, tributaria, ambiental, gubernamental, código
tributario, tributos directos e indirectos, sistemas y normas
gubernamental del sector, gestión pública.
• Capacidad para la formulación, ejecución y evaluación de proyectos de
investigación científica, aplicables al desarrollo de las organizaciones
públicas y privadas.
• Capacidad para la actualización e incorporación de conocimientos sobre
la normatividad internacional de carácter financiero y administrativo.
• Capacidad para el desarrollo de las actividades de mejora continua basado
en el enfoque sistémico para el desarrollo de las organizaciones públicas
y privadas

La modalidad de estudios es de carácter presencial todos los fines de
