05 - Project 2010 "Bsqueda de informacin"

Toda la informacin que maneja Microsoft Project se basa en tres elementos: Proyecto, Tarea y Recurso. Esta herramienta dispone de una gran cantidad de vistas y tablas para buscar esta informacin. Uno de los campos importantes en la Gestin de Proyectos es el costo. Tenemos que tener claro que el costo de un proyecto depende del costo de las tareas. El costo de una tarea depende del costo de los recursos y el costo fijo de la tarea. Y el costo de un recurso depende de la tasa estndar, la tasa hora extra y el costo por uso del recurso. Despus de terminar con la fase de planificacin, tenemos que guardar la lnea base del proyecto, para continuar con la fase de seguimiento. Tenemos que configurar bien las opciones de impresin, para ajustar la planificacin y los informes a nuestra impresora. Tambin, podemos enviar informacin del proyecto a Excel y Visio, utilizando los informes visuales. Para visualizar grficamente un proyecto podemos utilizar el Diagrama de Gantt, representando las tareas con barras, o el Diagrama de Red, representando las tareas con cuadros. Tenemos que conocer cmo configurar nuestro programa de Microsoft Project. Tambin debemos saber cmo personalizar las cintas de opciones y trabajar con la cinta de Formato. Cuando tengamos que trabajar con un proyecto, que contenga muchas tareas, es conveniente dividirlo en partes, cada una de esas partes se insertar posteriormente en otro proyecto, a este se le llama programa o maestro y las partes insertadas sern los subproyectos. Las tareas de un proyecto se pueden identificar con el ID o con el Cdigo EDT (Estructura de Descomposicin del Trabajo).
