En Ja auamnesis a los padres no se registraron antecedentes relevantes. El niflo concurre a
preescolar donde es derivado por su maestra por presentar dificultades en el Ienguaje y kt
comunicacién. Los padres refieren que el nifio solo se interesa en la tablet y que pasa
muchas horas viendo video, Lo describen como un niflo desatento,
En la conversacién espontinea se observan procesos fonolégicos de simplificacién.
ROWPVT
Se inicia Ja evaluacién con el ROWPVT. Administramos Jos cuatro items prueba para
condicionar al nifio.
Se inicia la prueba en ef start point correspondiente a su edad ftem 25, pero al Hegar al item
28 se obtuvo una respuesta negativa por lo que se debe retroceder desde cl item 27 hasta
contabilizar 8 respuestas positivas consecutivas. El piso se logra en el item 20. Luego
coutinmamos fa prucha del ilem 29 en adelanie hasta oblener 4 negatives conseenlives enine
1 item 33 y 36, donde damos por finalizada la administracién del test en el item techo (36)
Para obtener el puntaje bruto, se cuentan todos los errores, en este caso son 6 y se los resta all
ftem techo 36.
