CONFIGURACIÓN ATM
1. Posterior al grabado de Software en el cajero automático Bancoppel, se iniciará sesión con las
siguientes credenciales:

2. Al ingresar al escritorio el primer paso será configurar la dirección IP del cajero automático
proporcionada por el equipo técnico de Bancoppel vía correo electrónico, una vez que el Ingeniero
de campo se encuentre en el sitio del servicio.
NOTA: LA DIRECCIÓN IP ES DIFERENTE EN CADA SITIO

3. Posterior al ingreso de las direcciones IP, se podrá realizar el cambio de nombre en el equipo.
NOTA: EL NOMBRE DEL EQUIPO CORRESPONDE AL ID DEL CAJERO (EJ. P0000). ESTE DATO ES CONOCIDO POR EL
INGENIERO EN CAMPO AL MOMENTO QUE SE LE ASIGNA EL SERVICIO. REINICIAR EQUIPO E INGRESAR NUEVAMENTE
AL SISTEMA OPERATIVO

[Link]ón del LUNO y alta de Periféricos dentro del ACU
Dar click derecho al Icono ACU y seleccionar la opción Open.
Dentro de la consola ACU ir a la sección de Extended Features>Electronic Journal>General>En la opción de LUNO se
pondrá el ID del ATM.
NOTA: FAVOR DE VALIDAR QUE NO QUEDEN ESPACIOS AL INICIO NI AL FINAL DEL ID.

6. Configuración de la hora adecuada en sitio correspondiente a la zona horaria a la que pertenece el
estado en donde se encuentra el ATM.
Dar click derecho al reloj de la barra de tareas para después seleccionar la opción change date and time
settings>Change Settings>Update Now t Validar que el reloj se sincronice satisfactoriamente como se
muestra en la imagen de abajo.

7. Activación de AMT Procesador Canyon
IMPORTANTE: previamente el cable de red debe de estar
conectado en la tarjeta AMT
Reinicie el equipo y oprima la tecla F2 para ingresar al BIOS.
Vaya a la opción “Boot Display Options” y habilite la opción “Display CTRL-P for
Intel@ MEBX”. Guarde los cambios y reinicie el equipo.
Al arrancar el equipo presione la tecla CTRL-P para ingresar a la configuración
de la tarjeta AMT.
Seleccionamos la opción “MEBx Login”, y le mostrará una pantalla para introducir
el password, teclee admin” (es el password por default) “Admin”
Le solicitará que cambie el password (por única vez).
Capturamos un nuevo password se está configurando de
manera temporal el siguiente password:
“Diebold&12345”.
Le pedirá que vuelva a confirmar el nuevo password.
NOTA: Este password es temporal y será cambiado posteriormente por el cliente
una vez que tome el control del equipo.
Una vez que el password fue cambiado y verificado, nos
presenta el menú de configuración.
Seleccionamos la opción “Intel AMT Configuration”

La opción “Maneageability Feature Selection” debe quedar
como <Enable>
Seleccionamos la Opción “SOL/IDER/KBM”, nos abre una lista
de opciones, todas deben de estar como Enable
UserName and password <Enable>
SOL <Enable>
IDER <Enable>
KVM Feature Selection <Enable>
Legacy Redirection Mode <Enable>
Damos Sca para regresar al menú anterior.
Seleccionamos la opción “User Consent”, nos mostrará dos
opciones y deben de quedar con las siguientes configuraciones:
User Opt-in < None>
Opt configurable from remote IT <Enable>
Damos Sca para regresar al menú anterior.
Seleccionamos la opción “Network Setup”
En la option “Intel ® ME Network Name Settings” configuramos
los siguientes datos
Host Name (Se captura el ID del atm)
Domain name Debe quedar vacio
Shared/Dedicated FQDN <Shared>
Dynamic DNS Update <Disable>
Damos Sca para regresar al menú anterior.

Damos click en la opción “TCP/IP Settings” nos abre la opción
“Wired LAN IPV4 Configuration”
Nos presenta la opción “DHCP Mode”, debe quedar como
<Disable> para que nos permita configurar la red.
Nos abre una pantalla para capturar los datos de la red.
Capturamos los siguientes datos:
IPV4 Address
Subnet Mask Address
Default Gateway Address
Estos datos son iguales a los datos proporcionados por el
cliente para configurar la red del equipo.
Al terminar de configurar regresamos al menú anterior y
seleccionamos la opcion “Activate Network Access”
Nos presenta un mensaje preguntando si queremos activar las
configuraciones de red y abrir la interface, le indicamos que si
(yes)

Seleccionamos la tecla Sca hasta regresar al Menú Principal.
Nos preguntará si queremos salir, le indicamos que si (YES).
8. Configuración de tarjeta AMT para procesadores Sierra:
Reiniciamos el equipo y seleccionamos la tecla F2 para
ingresar al BIOS
Dentro del BIOS, vamos al menú Intel® ME
Damos click en la opcion “Enter Intel® Management
Engine Password”
Tecleamos “admin” que corresponde al password default.
Le solicitará que cambie el password (por única vez).
Capturamos un nuevo password se está configurando de
manera temporal el siguiente password:
“Diebold&12345”.
Le pedirá que vuelva a confirmar el nuevo password.
NOTA: Este password es temporal y será cambiado posteriormente por el
cliente una vez que tome el control del equipo
Una vez cambiado el password, seleccionamos la opcion
“Intel® Active Management Technology
Configuration”

Dentro del menú de configuración
Damos click en la opción “Computer Name” y
capturamos el Id del equipo
Una vez capturado el dato damos SCA para regresar al menú anterior
Seleccionamos la opción “TCP/IP Configuration”
Dentro del Menú de configuración de la red, realizamos la
siguiente configuración:
DHCP ENABLE <DISABLE>
Y capturamos los siguientes datos
Ip Address
Subnet Mask
Gateway Address
Estos datos son iguales a los datos proporcionados por el cliente para
configurar la red del equipo.
En la opción “Provisioning Configuration” la opcion
“Provisioning Model debe quedar configurado como
“Small-Media Business”

Al terminar la configuración damos seleccionamos la tecla
F10 para guardar los cambios.
El equipo se reiniciara automáticamente
Por último avisar a Personal de Banco para la configuración de los certificados.
