Estamos familiarizados con el ritmo
gracias al sonido. En música, un pa-
trón subyacente varía a lo largo del
tiempo. Los patrones se superponen
simultáneamente apoyándose unos
a otros y generando un contraste au-
ditivo. En una mezcla de audio, los
sonidos se amplifican o se mitigan
con el fin de crear un ritmo que se
transforma y evoluciona durante el
curso de una pieza.

to, la repetición es un rasgo ubicuo del
entorno humano. Al igual que la melo-
día y la disonancia en la música, la re-
petición y la variación despiertan las
yuxtaposiciones visuales que anidan
