2. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CALIBRACIÓN
Calibración Procedure
Para la calibración se empleó el método de comparación directa con los patrones y cargas de sustitución siguiendo los
lineamientos de la Guía SIM MWG/cg-07/v.00 2009, Guía para la calibración de los instrumentos para pesar de funcionamiento
no automático. Aplicando las siguientes pruebas: Excentricidad, determina las diferencia de indicación del instrumento con
carga en ubicaciones periféricas, frente a la posición en el centro del receptor de carga. Repetibilidad, cuantifica la diferencia
entre los resultados de varias pesadas de la misma carga cuando es depositada varias veces y de forma prácticamente
idéntica sobre el receptor de carga y Error de indicación estima el desempeño del instrumento en el alcance total de medición.

For the calibration, the method of direct comparison with the patterns and substitution loads was used following the guidelines of
the SIM Guide MWG / cg-07 / v.00 2009, Guide for the calibration of instruments for non-automatic weighing. Applying the
following tests: Eccentricity, determines the difference of indication of the instrument with load in peripheral locations, in front of the
position in the center of the load receptor. Repeatability, quantifies the difference between the results of several weighings of the
same load when it is deposited several times and in an almost identical manner on the load receptor and Indicator error estimates
the performance of the instrument in the total measurement range.

4 .TRAZABILIDAD
Metrocert S.A.S., establece la trazabilidad metrológica de sus mediciones al Sistema Internacional de Unidades (SI), por

La prueba consiste en poner una carga de prueba en diferentes posiciones del receptor de carga. (Ver Numeral: 5.3 de la Guía

5.3 Prueba de Error de Indicación / Error of Indication Test

La prueba se realiza utilizando 7 cargas aplicadas de la siguiente forma: Aumento continuo por pasos sin descarga entre los
mismos . (Ver Numeral 5.2 de la Guía SIM MWG7/cg-01/v.00).

6. INCERTIDUMBRE DE LA MEDICIÓN
Measurement Uncertainty

La incertidumbre expandida de la medición reportada se establece como la incertidumbre estándar de medición multiplicada por el
factor de cobertura “k” y la probabilidad de cobertura, la cual debe ser aproximada al 95,45% y no menor a este valor.

The expanded uncertainty of the reported measurement is established as the standard measurement uncertainty multiplied by the
coverage factor "k" and the coverage probability, which should be approximately 95% and not less than this value.

7. OBSERVACIONES
Observations
a. Los resultados contenidos en el presente certificado se refieren al momento y condiciones en que se realizaron las mediciones y
hacen referencia únicamente al instrumento calibrado.
b. Revisar de manera periódica el comportamiento de la báscula mediante control con pesas calibradas.
c. Si un instrumento para pesar se cambia a otro lugar después de la calibración, posibles efectos debidos a: la diferencia en la
aceleración de la gravedad local, la variación en las condiciones ambientales, las condiciones mecánicas y térmicas durante el
transporte. Pueden alterar muy probablemente el funcionamiento del instrumento y posiblemente invalidar la calibración.
Por este motivo el movimiento del instrumento después de la calibración se debe evitar si no se ha demostrado la inmunidad a
estos efectos en el instrumento para pesar. Si eso no ha sido demostrado no se debería aceptar el certificado de calibración como
prueba de trazabilidad.
