En primer lugar nos gustaría agradecerle(s) enormemente la confianza depositada
en nosotros al escoger Oxford Holiday English como cuaderno de vacaciones para
su hijo/a.
Este material ha sido específicamente diseñado para ayudar a su hijo/a a conseguir
mejorar su nivel de inglés durante el verano de forma efectiva y motivadora. El
método se compone de:
Un cuaderno de actividades dividido en ocho unidades, una para cada semana de
vacaciones. Su contenido se puede utilizar en sesiones de entre cuarenta minutos
y una hora al día, para así practicar con regularidad a lo largo del verano.
Incluye ejercicios prácticos de vocabulario y gramática, una sección de referencia
con explicaciones en castellano; actividades para la práctica de las destrezas, el
lenguaje funcional y la pronunciación; y material de lectura para adquirir nuevo
lenguaje de forma amena. Además, cuenta con tests de autoevaluación para cada
unidad y las respuestas a todas las actividades para comprobar los progresos de su
hijo/a en cualquier momento.
Hay una web específica para Holiday English ([Link]/oxfordholidayenglish)
donde su hijo/a encontrará todas las pistas de audio.
En esta web también se incluye el solucionario.
También se incluyen fichas en las que registrar lo aprendido en cada unidad y un
test final que evaluará el nivel de inglés adquirido al término del verano, listo para
imprimir y entregar al profesor en septiembre con el fin de que éste/a lo corrija y le
pueda proporcionar una calificación.
